Bad smell when you walk in.

Pool was green, bathroom lock broken, elevator broken, room never cleaned while there and certain staff not friendly at all.

Great location around food and activities.
Housekeeping staff or engineer team aren’t paying attention to rust and mildew build up in bathrooms. Housekeeping staffing isn’t cleaning corners of showers or behind the doors well. I look for this after working in hospitality.
Night auditor who checked us in had a huge attitude when we showed up at 4 AM despite me calling ahead to let the hotel know we would be doing a late check in. It set the tone for us. We found another hotel with kind staff on our return to Columbus.

Nice large room. Great bed. Free breakfast was OK. Staff was very nice and friendly.
Sliding Bathroom door would not shut or lock. Top kept falling off shampoo dispenser in shower. Not many channels on tv. Couldn’t get Atlanta baseball game.

Room was not ready and had to stay somewhere else

The room was clean and stocked with what we needed. The room was spacious.
There were only a few channels that actually worked on the TV in our room. Breakfast was mediocre, slightly cold.

too many people hanging around outside. Felt unsafe, and bathroom was unclean. The prices are over the top expensive. not worth it.

The rooms were very clean and location was perfect. We were in town for sons graduation from basic trading. Only 15 minute from Fort Benning

It’s a small hotel. The staff is great though! Breakfast is okay, it’s complimentary but lacks enough variety. I love the customer service the most!
