The hotel was appalling. Room smelt like animal urine and we saw a cockroach! The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable and we ended up leaving that night as the smell made me physically ill. I went downstairs to the manager and all he had to say was "sorry" and shrug his shoulders. Very disappointing. Be sure to read the other comments as-well before booking this place as they are all similar

As much as I believe you get what you pay for for the 65 I paid. Not worth it. Room was so beat up you couldn’t tell if it’s clean. Pet fee? Why? It’s just too old to deserve a pet fee. Weed smokers outside all night. Wouldn’t stay again for free. Sorry

On 2 nd room tge the floor was not carpet .

The room we got booked in was horrible not even tho the ac was set to cold and was tuned all way up . And the room looke like it qa a just used and dirty dirty . In the drawers I don’t know what was left in there from The last period b it it stinker very bad and on the bed there was Ashes also in bathroom floor and on bathtub. The room never got cold when I woke up from Power Nap I was sweating all over teh ac don’t work in that room and I don’t know why it wasn’t clean. It seem like it wa s just used the sheets were also not tucked in. Only reason I took a Power Nap was because I had just driven 6 hours and I was exhausted. I asked the lady to please move us to a different room and she did I liked that she moved us. The manager only gave me 30% off for having. Such a bad experience especially after traveling so far for a bad experience I know I will make sure I don’t book there again. We were only there for little a night of sleep and half that day was bad. They asked for ID FOR all adults which I’m like ohh ok they are a little extra this place must be top knotvh and it was the dirtyest nastiest room I’ve ever been in o a Nr believe someone used it rug tho befor us ot maybe the staff didn’t care to clean up drawers bathroom floor or bathtub they also didn’t. Care to take off the ash off the bed of tuck in the sheets. I expected a full refund but it did not happen I still had to pay for that bad experience which I won’t book here again .

Dirty stains on furniture and floor, missing tiles on tub, a/c didn't work (we had condensation on the windows) so stuffy and smelt stale.

The room was sparse but it worked. It sufficed for a one night stay but not much more.

The sofa smelled horrible and musty and it seemed like the fabric was dirty. The price seemed high for the amenities included. You could hear other guests animals on the property.

Beds were very bouncy. If you moved, than the other person bounced also..hard to find in the dark. Directions could have been better. Turn into gas station and drive around building. That would have been nice...

cheap place to stay for a night. Clean, comfy no problems. Not luxurious. We just needed a place to stay the night after traveling 6 hours to pick up grandkids from airport early in morning. They do have free breakfast. Waffles, fruit, pastries, juice etc. We just filled our go cups with good coffee and headed for Denver since we knew everyone would be starved when they landed.

The place is quiet and easy to get on and off the interstate. The room was big and the tub was amazing. Breakfast was pretty standard and if you don't get down early enough you are just out of luck.

Hot water was not working for days at a time. When I asked about it the front desk said they knew and it was getting looked at. I asked about a time frame and the answer was a shrug of the shoulders and that it was not his problem. I booked for 3 weeks, my key card has had to be reset Mutiple times. It says on the website that there is a pool. The pool is closed and will not be reopened due to cracks in the cement.

dangerious area for being alone- room along alleyway from gas station where all kinds of people hang out; vehicle not close; chain lock on door mostly pulled off; no phone in room; heater made lots of noises; a lot of itching and bites on legs after first night; I left early

Staff was friendly and accommodating.

There was a terrible smell, almost like marijuana-saturated old clothes throughout most of the second floor. I’ve stayed here before and the cleanliness has declined. There seemed to be a large amount of long term guests who made the entire hotel their home, packing breakfast foods into storage containers and walking around with bare feet.
