No complaints

O tamanho do apartamento é ótimo. Mesmo sendo só 1 quarto, todos os cômodos são grandes. Tem várias piscinas espalhadas pelo hotel. Mini golf. O atendimento na recepção foi excelente. Todas as vezes que precisei de alguma coisa fui muito bem atendida. Quero deixar meu muito obrigada para o Roger, Willian e especialmente agradecer a Bianca que me ajudou muito por também ser brasileira e a Lillian que resolveu tudo quanto a entregas de encomendas. Equipe maravilhosa.

O apartamento que ficamos era para até quatro pessoas, com isso o numero de utensílios de cozinha era minimo. Poderia ter mais pratos e panelas. O colchão da cama está passado de hora de ser trocado. Toda noite formava um buraco causando uma boa dor nas costas.

The rooms were very spacious and provided our family the opportunity to share time together as well as have some quiet time alone.

The only drawbacks were the water leakage from the master bathroom walkin shower. I'm glad we were on the ground floor, if not the unit below us would have incurred water damage!!! Caused us to us a bunch of towels to control the water leak.

Very spacious for 2 people. Good facilities Asked for kettle and saucepan which were provided quickly.

The apartment wasn’t cleaned properly - floor not hoovered at all during 2 full cleans, shower gel container empty but replaced quickly, bathroom basins not wiped down during cleans. Felt like all that was done was a new bale of towels and the trash bag replaced.

Ordered from restaurant on site never received food waited two hours finally order grub hub asked for two more towels extra blanket an never received til next day

Being woken up 5 mornings in a row. Being asked to check out by someone pounding on my door in the morning 2 days before I was supposed to check out... Last morning a unsolicited wake up call 1 hour before check out.

The apartment was clean, big, and comfortable.

The small balcony when you wanted to step outside. It was extremely small and you couldn’t step outside.

I liked how the property had many things to do. Everything from a restaurant, to activities for the kids and even the adults. The pools were the best part since they were salt water and were very clean. I’ll definitely be staying here when I come back

The walls were pretty thin. Other than that I have no complaints.

All the staff was very friendly and accommodating! Especially Ketsia went out of her way to brighten up our day!!! The resort is beautiful and very clean!!! The beds and pillows are so comfortable!!!

We loved everything! Only thing that would have made it better was better shuttle times to the parks!

Close to Disney parks, nearby Walmart for picking up groceries, on site golf course, restaurant and pools.

Coffee provided was extremely weak.

Would have loved to have more blankets. We called for more blankets but it took hours for them to bring them, and then they only delivered one thin blanket.

We had super loud and crazy neighbors, partying late-night but facilities/security took care of it right away both nights. We stayed while all the security features were being tested...this caused a bit of chaos for our kid's morning "vacation" routine...no sleeping in that day.

La limpieza y organización

Nada todo bien

Der Pool war ganz schön und warm. Allerdings konnte man die Rutsche erst ab einer gewissen Größe benutzen. Unser 6 jähriger Sohn der schon sehr gut schwimmen kann, war sehr enttäuscht. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das Appartement war groß.

An der Rezeption musste man nach dem Check in zu einem anderen Schalter, um eine Parkberechtigung zu holen. Dort versuchte die Mitarbeiterin dann, uns ein Angebot zu unterbreiten, dass wir einige Annehmlichkeiten erhalten, wenn wir an einer Präsentation teilnehmen. Nein danke! So etwas hab ich noch nirgends vorher erlebt. Zudem war im Zimmer die Couch nicht bezogen, obwohl wir für 4 Personen gebucht hatten. Als ich die Rezeption anrief, wurde ich nur gefragt, ob ich denn im Schrank nachgesehen hätte. Da sei das Bettzeug. Daraufhin habe ich gefragt, ob wir die Arbeiten selbst erledigen müssen. "Ja" war die Antwort. Ich war wirklich fassungslos. So etwas habe ich ebenfalls noch nicht mal in einer einfachen Unterkunft erlebt. Das Fenster im Zimmer war nicht richtig dicht. Man hat ALLES von draußen gehört. Wir hatten Glück und es war immerhin ruhig. Das Licht im Flur neben dem Schlafzimmer war super hell, sodass unser Schlafzimmer nachts leider nie wirklich dunkel war. Würden nicht mehr hier her kommen.
