The bathroom and room wasn't as clean as it should have been. It was kind of dirty.

Location served our needs quite well. Offered 20% discount for breakfast at IHOP next door. Good value for money.

Well, they coulda offered me a glass of wine when I checked in.

The staff was very friendly and they allow pets!

Small parking lot for my F350 super duty and trailer but the manager took care of that as well.

We could park the car next to the room

Car race and associated gun shots in the night left us both awake and pretty worried. One towel had a small blood stain which we didn't notice until 6am the next morning when we came to use it. The room smelled strongly of bleach. The room was generally functional otherwise but dingy and would benefit from some lighter paint and pictures to lift it. It would also benefit from more than one pillow per person. It's not somewhere we would spend any time and we booked it to have somewhere to get sleep on our road trip but the racing gangs and gunshots ruined that.

There were many flies in the room. Public trash cans were just put outside of the rooms. That maybe the reason. Hope they can put those trash cans far away from the rooms.

A fair amount of little things. hair drier didn’t work, they need to patch the ceiling where the old/previous snake alarms were installed and there is a hole in the wall in the clothes hanging area. It is the little things that take the scoring down. While I understand the need to stop the continental breakfast that is “included.”. It seems they are crutching Covid and still not offering it. The discount at IHOP is nice, but still an expense. other hotels are doing breakfast now.

All the amenities were very satisfactory they were also GREAT when I left something behind,they returned IT.

It was simple and it had everything we needed close by. Two restaurants gave us 20 percent off just for staying there.

They didn't have a place to hang clothes but I think they were still remodeling.

The location was right off the highway and next to an IHOP. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice.

There is no breakfast. Even though the booklet that comes with the room says that breakfast is between 6:30 and 9:30, the door was locked and the lights were out. This was Saturday. On Sunday it was the same situation, but this time I was trying to check out. I cant check out at 8 AM apparently because again, the lights were off and the door was locked. I even knocked and rang the door bell, waiting a good amount of time before leaving with my room key locked in my room. There was a used thing of soap in my shower, no coffee machine in the bedroom, outside trashcans filled all weekend, and a couple of bags of chips in the vending machines but nothing else.

The fact that our room had not been cleaned! The sheets looked and smelt clean. Pictures show an upkept room. Pictures are not updated. Long term renters also. We felt like we had camped outside on a bed.

The staff took my money and won't give it back to me, I checked out two days early and they stoled 200.00 from me, the bathrooms are dirty, they don't clean the showers at all. The staff gets upset when you ask for more towels and toilet paper. They charged me 175.00 plus 635.00 for seven days. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The worst hotel ever

No breakfast but got 20 percent discount at IHOP restaurant next door. The location is convenient.

Most TV monitors do not provide the access to the closed captions except the handicapped room. It is inconvenient for customers like us who prefer to watch the closed captions on any given channels.
