Beautiful home, great place to stay with family and we truly enjoyed it. Summer months may be a little warm inside during the day.

This was a great place to stay for our larger group with close access to the sand dunes and hot springs. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pictures and descriptions were accurate. The free access to the hot springs was a big plus, especially for the kids in our group. It is walking distance to restaurants. Very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location!

My family came to Alamosa to fulfill my 87 year old grandmother’s bucket list wish of the Great Sand Dunes. This house was perfect for our needs and made it easy for my grandmother to stay on the main floor as well as the kids. Having a big fenced in yard was a plus for letting the kids run around. We didn’t use the pool pass but loved having the opportunity. The drive to The Great Sand Dunes was easy and less then 30min away. The house was very clean and very cozy. Overall we were very pleased with our stay!

We had Family and friends during the New Year break and the place was very cozy and the location is walking distance from the school and downtown. The house made the 4 day break excellent!!

The photos don’t do the home justice. It’s super cute and well-appointed in an excellent location with plenty of parking. The mattresses are extremely comfortable and the sheets are so soft. The home is cozy and has a peaceful vibe. We will stay here again!

The property was fantastic, even better than described website! So much room in the house. Great sleeping arrangements. Really good bathrooms. Location was great. Two car garage was a huge, unexpected perk! The huge yard was wonderful for my grandchildren. Would stay here again in a minute and recommend this property highly. Well done!

Our adult kids and their significant others stayed with us for a family wedding. It was wonderful to have enough room for everyone to be in the same place. Plenty of room for us to hang out together. Lots of great memories were created!

Walking distance to restaurants and parks and the house is very spacious

Perfect place to stay. Property was exactly what we where looking for. Short walk to downtown restaraunts and shopping. A must stay again.

This was a cute house with ample space for multiple people. Communication with the owners was prompt and helpful. Would stay here again if we came back to the Dunes!

We were traveling with my family of 4 (2 teenage boys), my parents (in their 70s) , and my sister and brother-in-law. The house was very clean (the floors seemed new!) and had plenty of space for us! Two nice sized family rooms with couches & TVs, plus a hang out space upstairs with nice bean bag chairs for the teens. The yard is fabulous and well maintained, and the property is located between the Great Sand Dunes National Park and the Sand Dunes Recreation Center, and is close to town (groceries, gas, restaurants, etc). A Free visit to the Sand Dunes hot springs pools was included too! The owners were very quick to respond to questions, and were very friendly and helpful. The only tiny downside is that there is only one shower. The 2nd bathroom has a tub only. We made it work and I highly recommend this house overall!

Lovely home, sweetly decorated with tons of room for a large family or even two smaller families. Home is stocked with everything you need, located close to food and grocery store and it made a great home base for us while we enjoyed family events in Sanford and Conejos Ranch. Owners sent us check in info a couple days in advance and we’re readily available if we needed anything. Will definitely stay again!

Nice furnishings. Spacious. Clean. Walking distance to restaurants, river/park. Great home base for a visit to Great Sand Dunes National Park. Free passes to Sand Dunes Recreation were an added bonus.

The Ross was perfect for our short trip to the San Juan Valley. Everything we needed was available and the house was very clean. My family commented that the house was amazing!

I stayed here with my husband and three kids and my parents. There was enough room for everyone to spread out and relax. The house has been very nicely updated. The kitchen had everything we needed including kid plates and cups. We loved our afternoon at the sand dunes pool too!

This was a lovely place to stay for a long weekend birding with friends. The location is convenient. The two kids (under 10) loved the game room and there was more than enough room to spread out. Liked the secure garage for the cars. We would certainly stay again.

House was charming and had a great fenced in yard; it is a beautifully renovated historical home. There was lots of room for the family to spread out and the kids loved it. We had a nice stay enjoying the area, the pool passes were a great bonus and the soak felt great after playing on the sand dunes all day!

The hosts have thought of everything in this bungalow. It’s beautifully and comfortably decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and there were even kid plates, bowls and cups! My kids loved hanging out in the stocked game room. Our family of 5 had more than enough room to spread out. We will definitely look into staying here again, next time we are in the area!

Our son and his girlfriend move to Alamosa 2 years ago. We have not seen them in a year. My husband, two daughters and parents came for Easter weekend. Convenient to walk to many Great restaurants and downtown shopping! There was plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfy and we played hours of Pictionary at the dining room table. On the morning we left, there were 7 deer just looking at us from the adjacent yard!

We so enjoyed our stay at the roomy and beautifully appointed Ross house. We could walk everywhere and though it is in the main area of town the tall hedges gave us privacy in the backyard. I especially loved the memory foam mattress and the roominess of the home. My kiddos enjoyed the game room where they could lounge on the beanbag chairs, play games that were provided and hang out. My mom loved that the kitchen had everything she needed to make a home cooked meal and we all enjoyed the passes provided to the Sand Dunes hot springs pool where we lounged every afternoon after playing at the dunes. The management was quite responsive to any questions and most importantly the house is nicely updated and trendy yet with old wold charm.

It was very clean, lots of space inside the house, and was great to have the pool passes included!! Overall, we had a great trip!
