Nice decor. Looked clean. Friendly staff.

Bathrooms not clean. Hair every where. Shower did not look like it had been scrub in quite some time as well as hair in the corners of shower. Toilet seat in back was dirty.

Cleanliness. I asked the dieskk clerk on arrival "is this new"? She informed me it was eight years old. She said we try to keep it clean. They do! There was a movie theatre just off the property. We saw The Sound of Freedom. An exceptional movie that enhanced on stay. Alamosa has several good reatuarants downtown. The reason for stoppng here was to visit the Sand Dunes the next day. NOT TO BE MISSED! Very interesing and beautiful. The exhibit shop should be the first stop before you go to the dunes to gain a better appreciation of the experience.

Very poor. Food was not good nor was it adequate. A family including small children had nothing. This was an hour before closing. I felt badly enough for them I addressed the young lady in charge.

Breakfast was good just wish they had plenty of it. The location was perfect.

Didn’t like that the room didn’t come with black out curtains and at breakfast they didn’t bring out more food when the trays were empty.

The room was advertised incorrectly. We got only one bed instead of the two that advertised and when we tried to make changes to get a room with two beds we were told it was not possible. There wasn’t even a sofa bed like it advertised.

When I booked the room I had requested a handicap room, with the understanding that i may not get one, however upon checking in I found that the Elevators were not working and I was told only available room was on 3rd floor, The clerk at the counter was able to get me a 2nd floor room, Nothing was available on 1st floor , I was not able to walk up stairs due to both knees and hip replacement surgery, We had to leave and go to another hotel. I was surprised that a first floor room was not held for me since a request for handicap was on the reservation, since you know that your elevators were not working. I walk with a cane but what if I were in a wheelchair, The room was reserved a week prior to arrival and no one noticed the request????, Poor service from the front desk, however she did allow me to cancel without penalty.

The room was very clean and large enough. I like that breakfast was included. The lobby was welcoming and roomy.

The person at the check in desk could have been more friendly. The elevators were not working which was somewhat inconvenient. It would have been nice if there were more a few more food options at breakfast. Also, whilst eating, there was no wait person who checked to see if everything was up to par.

The front desk clerk was awesome! She is such a friendly person. Always willing to help!
