The breakfast was very good. The coffee was better than most places. The location was convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great water pressure in the shower.

The pillows could have been fluffier. The outdoor doors didn't need a key to enter, which we prefer as a security measure. But we felt safe at this location so it wasn't an issue.

The area around entrance was cluttered with boxes that appeared to have been there for some time. Was told they have just renovated but only looked like the lobby was redone not the rooms. The hall to the rooms was enclosed and very hot due to the air conditioners running and not ventilated out. the room was dirty , strips of ceiling were hanging off and hair left on the bathroom floor.

Location and comfy beds

Strong MOLD smell from AC in two different rooms. Notified front desk. Allergic to mold and had a headache all the next day. Should clean or replace AC units plus replace carpeting with hard floors.

I felt very unsafe being secluded in the backside of the building by the phone I did not work in the room. Most importantly, we had to call for new bedding at 9:30 at night because we went to go to bed and the sheets were clearly, visibly dirty with hair and other debris and stains. It was obvious the bed hadn’t been stripped or cleaned. Just made for a long night and I would really prefer a refund. I paid $300 for that. The gentleman at the counter offered to move our room however, we had already unpacked and we’re settled in for the night in pajamas. When he didn’t bring enough bedding he clipped it would’ve been easier just a movie honey, to which we replied actually that should never of happened.

All of it. Room was dirty and smelled like weed. Bed was lumpy. Chair was wet. We left. We couldnt stay there.

Breakfast was nothing exceptional. Very minimal. The room was just okay.

No one informed us that we needed to request that we wanted to have our room cleaned. We had to call to get clean towels and trash removed. We were not pleased.

I liked the comfortable bed an the quiet heater. Clean bathroom.

Well, I thought the rooms were very cozy. They were warm and clean, so I was vey pleased about that.

The Hotel though outside of the room was just okay. The hallways were very cold due to the full length window wall on the opposite side of the rooms. Staff was friendly enough, although breakfast was not very good. Also, the fitness center was freezing cold.

The person checking us in gave a great recommendation for a dinner restaurant.

Cleanliness was disappointing , especially since the property advertised new COVID procedures for cleanliness.
