Staff was friendly and accommodating, they made the booking process easy and we’re very accommodating of my dog.

The hotel seemed dirty and when I checked in they put me in a floor where the carpet was getting redone. I had my dog with me and I was skeptical to have her walk on it because I was worried about her getting one thing stuck in her paw. The inside of the elevator was dirty and the room didn’t seem like the pictures online. There is barely any lighting in the room so I had to use my phone light to brighten up spots.

I wasn't expecting much from a three-star hotel, but check-in was easy, the room was more spacious than I expected, and it had thoughtful amenities like power sources next to the bed and a refrigerator. I was in Utica for the Boilermaker and, even though the breakfast bar had not yet opened, the staff left out grab and go food for us runners who had to get up early. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The only thing I didn't like was the price, but I cannot blame them for pricing what the market would bear during Boilermaker weekend.

I didnt like anything about the property. Not only was our room not available on time. They made us wait 3 hours and our room was still not ready. They gave us a room which was not of value to what i paid for. That room smelled like wet cat. Then we got moved to another room which smelled like tobacco. The smoke alarm was hanging from the wall which exposed a huge hole which i have pictures of. We were told the rest of the hotel was fully booked and they cannot accommodate us anymore. We asked to speak to the general manager but the man up front named Jon said he was just maintenance and cant do anything. He stated Nicole who is front desk left early because the hotel was really packed and she got overwhelmed. So they left him there. He said he cant contact the general manager because he doesnt have her number. The next morning our clothes smelled like tobacco and my 1 year old daughter and 8 year old daughter had to sleep in that given we were 5 1/2 hours from home. The hotel room door didnt even close. Couldnt lock because the hinges were not even in tacked. I went downstairs to speak to a staff member and it happened to be Nicole. I explained the situation and she said she can get the door fixed but she cannot issue a refund since i booked through a third party. I called the third party and they were trying to get in contact with the hotel were staff stated they cant refund and that the general manager can do it. But she isnt in until Monday. I will be back home by Monday. I have called Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday regarding a refund. The general manager told the third party booking that they can issue 1 night refund. I asked for a full refund or atleast 3/4 of my refund because of the lack of accommodations and professionalism. She said no. Just 1 night. I would not recommend this hotel. My kids, my husband and myself will not be staying here again. The worst customer service and the worst accommodations and they didnt care for safety.

Breakfast was very good.Location good.

There was virtually no water pressure (had to stand like 6" from the shower head). The rooms had a LOT of visible wear and tear (even a little run-down, I'd say) and in need of updating (for example, random powerstrip near the fridge was the only spot for plugging in devices without unplugging a lamp or something). The breakfast was decent but not great. For the money, this is not a great value.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff went out of their way to please. Will return again if needed!!!!

Great bar/restaurant with a good breakfast and a large comfortable room. Bathroom is nice size.

Barking dog the entire first night at this property. Multiple complaints from multiple guests. Weed and an empty box of condoms found in my room upon arrival, I was with my niece, which was embarrassing due to her finding the condom box. Rude front desk manager, whom had just shrugged her shoulders when my concerns were made to her.
