Not much. First time in my life I ever left a hotel after checking in and couldn't stay there.

Our room door wasn't locked. That alone was creepy. We walk in and the balcony door had been left wide open. My husband literally had to look around and make sure nobody was in or hiding in our room!!! The bathroom sink was literally just a sink...you could maybe fit a toothbrush on it. Then my husband tries to use the bathroom and the toilet doesn't work and has water dripping from it. I have a lot of allergies including a bee allergy..you cannot leave the balcony door wide open like that all day/evening in Florida by the beach. We were not comfortable staying there at that point and went right back down to the desk. All she offered us was to get a maintenance guy there at some point to work on our toilet! No thank you. I am not waiting all night for someone to work on a toilet when it was already after 930pm. We had to leave the hotel and find another room elsewhere that of course cost us a lot more $$. Booking.com was amazing and helped us right away the next day to get us a refund from the hotel. We had paid for two nights and the hotel wouldn't help me with a refund. Thank you booking.com for your prompt help and service!

There was easy access to the beach. The pool was heated. The beds were comfortable. The staff was great.

The coffee maker was not great.

Room was better than expected. Very clean

Ac was leaking a little on carpet.

Everything to the view and room they was very polite at the front desk . They let us use the laundry before we could check in.

This place is amazing! The staff was very helpful with everything. Everything was so clean and bright. We are already planning our next stay here.

If there was anything to complain about is the parking lot..not garage..is a very tight fit for bigger vehicles. But honestly..no real complaints

The only down fall was that the beach access was closed due to the recent hurricane.

The location. The kitchenette was nicely appointed.

Our room was huge, comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. The core was incredible from our balcony and the window!

Nothing. The elevator was out one night, but it had been struck by lightning.

Clean, Great oceanfront room, spacious, housekeeping was so nice! we have missed having that service post covid. offered daily. Tropical storm Nicole hit the area hard! we were surprised! This hotel is working hard to have all amenities available again.

elevator is slow, not enough seating around the pool area, more seating on balcony would be nice in double rooms.

The rooms were excellent and all they offered. View was fantastic! Housekeeping was great! Understandably the outside amenities could not be used due to hurricane damage so could not be rated. Happy giur was nice.

The front desk staff were not service oriented nor particularly friendly. They were lackluster and seemed uninterested in making it a pleasant stay. The kitchen staff were great though.

it’s so nice view to see the ocean and beachfront! so relaxing! All their employees were so smiling and friendly!

Well, we were looking forward for hot tub but unfortunately it’s closed due hurricane damaged. They are still working on new tiles around the pool and hot tub. Later they are fixing the steps toward to the beachfront.
