Nothing I hated thos place it was dirty all around and the staff sucked and the drug dealers on the premises have better deals than the rooms were

The stains on the bed, pee on the toilet, homeless people right outside the door, fireworks lit off at 1am in parking lot, domestic disturbance resulting in a call to police, staff that couldn't care less.

Our room was unclean (something that looked like dried blood on back of the door), there was no shampoo or soap, beds are horribly uncomfortable, and we felt very unsafe. I was with my three daughters and their 3 young children, and there were homeless drug addicts living and getting high in the parking lot right outside of our door. When I told staff about it, they said “What do you want me to do? The cops don’t come here.” Definitely not what it seemed like on booking.com. Also, it said there was a pool, but the pool was closed (not that I would have gotten in it after what I saw).

Well we did not get bothered by staff as we requested

The swimming pool was not available yet and there was no type of breakfast offered

Need room on both side of bed because some people need to use cpap machine.

Great customer service and convenient location

Needs renovating, dirty , uncomfortable furniture especially the bed and the fellow guests are loud and obnoxious at all hours.
