Family of 4 (2 young kids) enjoyed our stay here! Staff was very friendly and welcoming, loved how clean and up to date the hotel was. Breakfast was a great value. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, it was very clean. There was a lot of dogs staying there so its definitely pet friendly. There was a fridge and microwave so we saved money by storing some leftovers and snacks in the room with us. Recommend staying here with your family to enjoy Colorado Springs as its not too far from pikes Peak and Garden of the gods.

One of the beds felt like it was really sunken down...might need replacing soon.

Price was great, quiet rooms

Pool towels were tiny, smaller than the normal size even for 9 year olds. Too many people at the pool, especially the tiny hot tub. No pool towels ready, had to call or wave down a staff member. The bathroom in the main bedroom didnt have a fan so hot showers meant steam not being aired thoroughly

Breakfast offered wide variety of hot and cold items, and I enjoyed the fresh yogurt machine with add-ins. I saw pastries but did not try any. Beds and pillows comfortable, curtains overlapped to keep light out. Nice cushioned area above heating unit. Nice fridge kept sodas cold. Kids definitely enjoyed the pool!

Toilet paper on wall opposite toilet was too far, maybe put holder on sink cabinet. Without a freezer we could not keep blue ice frozen.

Danielle at the front desk is nothing short of excellent. She works very hard to provide the highest quality of customer service. she’s incredibly attentive to the needs of guests, has a very professional attitude, she is always courteous, always offering any additional help to my family, and is the sole reason my family and I decided to comeback after staying in early November of 2022 and interacting with her. As someone who has worked previously in the hotel industry I can assure you that she is the exact person I would want as a co-worker on staff and she deserves the highest of high recognition for her attitude and work ethic alone. I hope your ownership and management team knows how lucky you are to have her in customer service
