Well you guys charged my card 3 different charges and then tried a 4th time. Litterly 233 charge a 344 and a 268 charge and each amount was charged 3 times each. You emptied my account for 2 nights... definitely not worth it if you guys think you can just charge my card over and over... I see a dispute coming

Breakfast was alittle below standard. Microwave is old, variety of food was minimal, for instant coffee, was low to none available. Location was well located.

Cleanliness and friendliness of staff were low standard.

The staff was awesum. Freddy and Donna totally went the extra mile, which is refreshing these days.

Comfortable bed, quiet, free breakfast, and the pool.

The room was filthy, there was an empty liquor bottle behind the coffee maker, the fridge had ice that melted halfway through our stay and ruined all of the food we had in it. The door was broken to open to get to the firgde, the floor was not vacuumed. Pool had bugs in it that bit my fiance. The bathroom had black mold. Someone decided to cut grass right outside our window at 8 in the morning. Although the front desk person answered some questions, we were not given info on when checkout was, where the access to the rooms were, and when breakfast started. Our lock on the door would be extremely glitchy. Wouldn't lock or unlock at times, and we had to get multiple keys because it wasn't working. Hallway smelled of mildew and a pipe was still leaking onto the carpet. It also reaked of pee in the stairways. There was tape on a remote, the ironing bored had a nasty stain on it, and the closet was filthy.

The air conditioning

The sheets on the fold out couch where covered in body fluids, Luke blood urine and feces as well as lipstick and lip prints and other disgusting debris. The whole hotel smelled and was falling apart. We had to clean up the pool deck to use it and the carpet throughout the facility was so disgusting. Lights didn't work. The graffiti was out of control.

The staff were polite and pleasant. The linens were soft. The location was close to alot of decent shopping.

The facility was in disarray, dirty, poorly kept. There was exposed drywall and tools scattered around various areas. I saw numerous stains on the carpet coming in. My room was wired incorrectly. Turning off a switch cut off power to half the room. I found a vibrating sex toy under my bed when I went to check for bed bugs. There was a half eaten cupcake or muffin in my closet. The drawers to the dressers were broken. There were lipstick smudges around my bathroom. I travel alot and I'm not trying to be mean but this place ranks up there as one of the worst.
