Wir warteten sehr lange beim Check in, das Personal war nicht wirklich freundlich. Unser Zimmer war nicht vernünftig gereinigt. Auf dem Badezimmerboden lag ein (Scham?)Haar und ein Fingernagel. Eklig. Im Kühlschrank ein Pizzakarton ( den Inhalt habe ich nicht geprüft). Leider fiel uns das alles erst spät am Abend auf, da wollten wir nur noch schlafen. Aber wohlfühlen geht anders. Als ich beim Check outmatched nächsten Morgen auf die Mängel hingewiesen habe wurde mir gesagt, ich hätte mich doch am Abend einfach melden sollen. Keine Entschuldigung. Das angeblich im Preis enthaltene Frühstück war lediglich ein Rabatt. Irreführend. Lieber ein paar Dollar mehr ausgeben und ins benachbarte Clubhouse Hotel & Suites gehen.

We arrived quite late. The front desk clerk showed us sympathy by offering an upgraded room on the main floor, so we wouldn't need to take the stairs with our bags. Very nice older establishment that has been pretty-well maintained. Seems like a business conference/event center. They are in the process of some updating and improving parking areas. Nice big restaurant. Overall, I would stay here again.

Never fond of being near vending and ice dispensing machines. But not the end of the world!

Temperature of the pool was fantastic

Relaxed atmosphere, felt safe as a solo female traveller. Lovely warm whirlpool and pool.

Rigid 3.00pm check-in, perhaps ask early guests to complete the paperwork while they wait for 3.00pm to arrive.

It was very quiet.

While clean, the facility is old and in desperate need of update. Wallpaper was peeling from the walls, the exterior had mud over seams, the parking lot had potholes.

It was good, waffles, scrambled eggs and others.

Didn't clean our room daily, bar and restaurant opened so late in the day!!!

the train that goes by during the night you should forewarn your guests I was sleeping really good when the train went by. it scared me so bad that I sat right up in bed before I realized what it was; and unfortunately it took me a while to fall back asleep
