room had a bad smell/AC didn’t work.

Location appeared to be fine but there were people all over that appeared not to be be guests. I didn't feel safe

bed was hard as a rock. felt like sleeping on an ironing board.

Location was perfect. It was very close to the Events complex where we needed to travel back and forth from.

Cat sitting on the desk in the lobby has claws and scratches at people. (Actually caught my hand and drew blood) We had a mentally disturbed man trying to force his way into rooms. Yelling and accusing people of taking his things. He stood at near the trash cans and watched which rooms people went into. The mattress had many colorful stains but on a positive, the bathroom was very clean. We paid too much to stay here. NEVER AGAIN!!

I received several insect bites while there. there was no television remote.

The location was close to the freeway.

There was too much noise and other unpleasant activities going on. The first room was not clean at all. There was human and pet hair everywhere including the sheets.The bedding had cigarette burns. The towels were hard and dingy. We asked to be transferred to another room that was barely better. This seemed to be an extended stay hotel more than the Motel 6 brand everyone is familiar with. There were strange people lurking around and appeared to be tenants. Not your normal travelers. Please make sure you read the reviews before you stay at any hotel. This was a lesson for us. Had I read through the previous customer reviews of this Motel. I would have chosen another place to stay.

The room was pretty clean

The bed was not very comfortable, and there was an obnoxious knocking banging going on all night, also I wasn't aware there was a $25 fee for checking in "too early" the front man seemed very annoyed and in a very unfriendly mood. So it cost $75 for the night when I was expecting just $50.And it was too late to cancel obviously. So be aware and don't you dare check in too early ( I was there at 11:30 because I had other places to be) The next morning the new front man was much much more friendly so I have no complaints about him. I will not be going back to this hotel again though.

The room was provided was not the room I booked. We arrived to our pre paid reservation after a 13 hour drive and were given a different room than what I reserved. Only explain was that "it was a full house" that night.

the staff was nice! clean room. good price!! I love how pet friendly they are…

all the people coming and going through out the night made it sketchy… my kids didn’t get a good nights sleep with all the yelling.

The housekeeping staff was the absolute best!
