The location was nice and they had fresh cookies or water out every day. The pool was also a nice bonus. Don’t bother with the hot tub. The jets were all messed up.

The beds were so uncomfortable. One day the breakfast was awful. Mush eggs, bacon was so greasy it was dripping off your hands (GROSS) and hardly anything to choose from. The staff was less than helpful and just acted like I was a bother more than anything.

Close proximity to football camp at UNI. The warm, fresh cookies were amazing. Friendly staff. Clean room.

They had an extremely good quality breakfast with tons of choices to choose from, it was the best part of the stay.

The cleanliness of the room was not great, the hotel seemed to have been updated recently so that was a plus. Our bathroom door looked like some tried to kick it in and every time you shut the bathroom door all the way it locked on you.

it was very loud. our room was right off the dining room and there was a large gathering that was loud. The staff did ask them to quiet down when we asked at 10:15 but it was still very loud with people above us and walking in the hallway. seemed everything echoed doe to the lack of carpet.

Clean room, liked the flooring. Spacious, good beds. Breakfast was good. Enjoyable stay.

I stay here often and never complain. But this trip was not so great. There was constant noise of people running up and down the halls. It was really unpleasant.

Front desk person was super nice and helpful. The suite with 2 beds and a couch was really nice. Very roomy.

Minor complaint… Housekeeping needs to pull out furniture and sweep. wrappers, food crumbs and potato chips under the coach when we moved it to turn it so person sleeping on the couch could see the tv.
