Convenience of walking thru the little crooked street and all good venues. Hearing the trains go by, neat walking,biking trails from the hotel

Perfect location, very comfortable, nicely appointed and very spacious.

The staff was great!!! The breakfast was wonderful. A lot of variety and they kept everything full and hot, or cold if needed. Very clean. Great location too!
Only 2 complaints about the stay. First, our room was not cool at all. We tried to lower the thermostat, but didn’t help at all. Went to the desk and they said they would try via some control box. That didn’t help either. Went to the desk the following day and they said they’d try to lower the temp on their end. Definitely better, but still not the temperature we’re used to at home, which is 70 degrees. If it wasn’t humid and 90 degrees outside, it probably wouldn’t have mattered as much. Second, tried to heat up a piece of leftover pizza and 4 minutes in the microwave and still cold. Other than those 2 things, it was great.

We couldn’t watch a movie on their TV. The internet wasn’t working!

Location for various meetings. Well lit parking but locals use parking lot to walk the river which means less adequate parking.
Tv didn’t work.
No one to fix or troubleshoot.
Had to move rooms and floors.
AC did not work in second room and since no one to help with first issue I just dealt with it. PTL it was not hot, 80 both days.
The cost vs the quality of the stay were not equal.
Met 2 staff members and both were very nice.

the pool is small the chlorine was so strong it was hard to be in the pool room, there is no hot tub

Staff was beyond pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Facilities were clean and comfortable.
There wasn’t a negative to the property. Wish we were down there under better circumstances (family member funeral) but they made our stay as accommodating as possible.

Room was very nice and spacious. Hallways bright. Very good breakfast. Location was great for downtown restaurants and shops. Went to the community theater across the street with a great play.
Only thing was the lobby area was cold when you came down and eating breakfast. It was cold out with that north wind blowing in the doors.
