The Moron that was yelling on the phone telling us he cancelled our reservation for nonpayment. Which was a lie. I think he/she needs to take customer service or anger management classes.

Clean sheets. 1 bed had a blanket and quilt, the other just a blanket. Musty smell in lobby, smelled old.

The location. There is where I needed to be. It was easy for me to get where I need to go.

There was little to no breakfast. Need more than instant oatmeal and granola bar.

Breakfast was limited

Room 103... No Chain or lock fasner on the door. Did not feel safe in the room. Bathroom ceiling over tub was moldy and cracked from water damage. Bathtub was busted under liner, felt as though you would fall through.. Room had a dingy smell to it. A couple was literally having sex on the hood of a car outside our window. Had unsavory clientele at all hours of the night. This should have been a rent by the hour motel. Checked out very early next morning!!!

Always having a problem with the socket near the hair dryer for my curling iron it always comes out when I get ready to use it.

I've stayed at this property on quite a few occasions over about 15 years. It is convenient and affordable for me. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful to me.

I needed two rooms with one of them being non-smoking, and got my confirmation just to learn that only smoking rooms were available through this program. However, i got a call from the property to tell me that only one room was confirmed. The desk clerk was very helpful in getting me checked into a nonsmoking room that still fit my budget, but I was already traveling so this could have been a big problem due to smoke allergies!
