Key locks wasn’t working, pool out of order, elevators not working and sadly the television did not work in the room. I just receive half of my money back. I was so inconvenienced and could not enjoy my stay.

When we checked in...and not before, we were told that the elevators were not working AND the televisions were not working. Forewarning or a discount on the room were warranted.

This hotel is filthy, The TVs were out of service, The elevators were not working, The staff refused to help me lug suitcases up to flights of stairs, The stuff that was leaving at 10:00 p.m. was super rude to the stuff that was there to start her shift right in front of me, The eating area was disgusting, And when I got up in the morning the same grossness was on the same tables. Good morning staff were all talking standing around doing nothing while people tried to find clean places to eat It was so gross. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Excellent customer service! We were disappointed that the pool was out of order in the middle of the summer, the elevator did not work and some of the televisions did not work.

TV service was out entire stay. Elevetor service was also the entire stay.

The sheets were never changed and dirty . When I complained about it I was handed sheets to change myself because no one was no house keeping to change them. There was also a hair left in the tub ! I was very disappointed with this hotel .

I paid $160 a night for this room. Customer Service was amazing! Checked in and out very fast and with no issues. I did ask for a receipt because we save them for business purposes and was told he could not give me one which is weird because I get them at every place we go and I had to use the receipt I would receive from the booking company online. The did have to make an extra payment for incidentals which was $20. When we got into the room 2 out of the 3 lamps bulbs were burnt out. I had to go downstairs to get 2 new ones. We ordered Chili’s for dinner and DO NOT order from that place. We spend $70 and barely gave us any food at all. It was terrible. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The sheets and blankets smelled like mildew and the whole night we were itching and woke up with small bites on us. I did find an ant on me before we went to bed. When we took showers the towels also smelled like mildew and I had to go down and get new ones that smelled much better. The breakfast was not the best and was just heated up frozen breakfast items. Overall, we will not be coming back to this hotel.

For Marriott backed property- needs more cleaned rooms.

No internet, no pool. Customer care was exceptional, and room was clean. Entire complex requires maintenance services.

We stayed here by visiting Northwestern college. The room was adequate. However, I checked in online the night before and room was not ready when we got there. The makeup light in the bathroom was burnt so lighting was not good. The breakfast was not good. There was no waffles, no biscuits, no pancakes just a few muffins and fruit. The pool was green and closed and the gym equipment was broken!

I pre-checked in online a day before. Front desk had everything ready and gave us a goody bag with water and snacks. Plus she was so nice and friendly. Room was clean-ish.

Property has gone down a little over the year. Typically I love staying here. Just not as clean as it used to be. I found dirty towels left in my shower upon arrival and shower had not been wiped down.

The room had seen some wear. Chipped furniture everywhere. The pillow were awful- extremely dense and large, our necks hurt the next day. The bed was also hard. The bedding was warm enough. Hotel was clean enough, you could tell they were doing the best with what they had. Staff was friendly. Walls are thin.

Convenient to I-49. It's kind of a busy area. The hotel sits behind a couple of gas stations & fast food, which was nice for a quick meal. Breakfast was decent. Our room was clean & the bed was comfy.
