We stayed at this hotel for just one night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The bed was clean, warm, and super comfortable, which made for a great night’s rest. The bathroom was spotless, though the door was a bit oversized for the space—nothing major, but you had to close it to comfortably use the sink. Breakfast was a highlight! The lady managing the area was fantastic—very attentive and quick to refill items, so nothing ever ran out. The food was fresh and delicious, which was a great way to start the day. The only hiccup we had wasn’t entirely the hotel’s fault. The TV randomly switched to AirPlay mode in the middle of the night, and the remote provided couldn’t fix it. I tried resetting the TV, but since the remote didn’t match the model, it wasn’t much help. I could’ve gone to the front desk, but at 2 a.m., sleep was a bigger priority. All in all, a good stay, and I’d return!

Breakfast had more to offer than a typical continental breakfast. Our room was well maintained. Honestly it was a lot better than expected. Would stay again. The main negative was a very narrow parking lot out front. There might be more parking in the back.

Check in and check out did not go smoothly. Credit card machine was not working right both times. The room was very nice. Breakfast was excellent.

I paid pet fee at desk $60 cash for my sister’s dog. A week later they charged my bank $60 twice. I never gave them my card. I had stayed there last year and they just decided to help themselves to my bank account. I paid Serisa when I checked in. She apparently stole my cash so they charged my card I used last year twice. Shelia the manager refused to help at all and had all day to look at camera footage in lobby. She also refused to give me her bosses name or any contact info. Not even an email. I never even used my card at the motel. I booked at hotels.com
