Absolutely nothing.

The lights didn’t work. The door has a large gap even when shut and locked. The facility smelled like cigarettes. There was dust on almost every surface. I had reservations for over a month. 15 minutes before we arrived at the hotel, I received a call saying that our room had been booked out to other guests who arrived before us. Even after we traveled for hours and hours. We were removed and put at a sister hotel in Seacaucus instead of the location we booked near the MetLife Stadium. They did not offer a refund nor cheaper prices. Will never stay here again. Definitely not $217 worth of my money.

Very close to where I was vacationing (American Dream) and staff was nice and quick to get me to my room. Room was nice for 2 nights.

Fire alarm went off around 12am in our second night. There was no fire. This was the only problem we had.

definitely not worth the money. this is just a below average stay

The price for this hotel was ridiculous, way too much no services available , one bar of soap ..no shampoo or conditioner like other hotels shower had no pressure water was ehhh sort of hot .. $300 later …don’t waste your money. Mattress way overdue to be replaced!

Liked the room. It was close to Met life Stadium. Where my daughter and I had a concert to go . So it was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen area was very useful. Full size fridge was perfect . We brought snacks and drinks for our stay. Also American Dream mall is close by. So much to do there. We had a great time exploring.

When we first arrived we were given a room number and card . Then we entered the room only to find out that it was already occupied. It was a mistake. But it was embarrassing for everyone involved. The shower was dirty with some left over hair from the previous guests.

Staff was very helpful. The hotel provided kitchen pots and silverware, clean towels and sheets at request .

there were bugs in the room it took the front desk to check us in after 2 hours since we booked it via booking.com and there was someone who peed on the stairs. we booked a two bed room and the guy ceasar gave us a one bed that smelled so bad the whole place is very outdated and everything was so smelly and dirty. then even when they switched us to a different room it smelled like weed and cigarettes and I was with a baby. it was disgusting. and the front desk kept harassing us to leave when our checkout date was the next day it’s because the front desk messed up our check in. unbelievable never going to stay here and without my consent they charged me more on my card which I have to call my bank now and explain all this nonsense to them!

Staff seemed to cater to a certain community of people, me family and I was put in a handicapped room in which was not fair to a customer with handicapped accessible needs, nor did I request this room!

I love the Extended Stay hotel
