initially the room was pleasant

In the shower some of the paint/ceiling came off in the shower while my friend was in it. we went down to the front desk and showed them to let them know this happened during our stay, and they were very rude asking well what do you want. I explained I wanted to show you this so I wouldn’t get charged for destruction. We also asked to switch rooms. we switched rooms, and the blinds broke in the second room, and the door would not lock! we called down to tell them we couldn’t leave because the door would not lock all you had to do was to push it open! they were again, very rude about the door and stated to us when looking at the door, that there was nothing wrong with the first room. Overall it was poor service, we weren’t angry or anything we just wanted to be assisted!!

Everything, it’s a run down property that needs a serious upgrade. Not the best place for families.

No!! Horrible linen on bed had cigarette holes and dirty, shower nasty. Roaches all over the place. Manager stated he was coming to spray did not come nor place us in another room. Will never stay there again.

I was able to check in early which was so nice. The room had an absolutely spectacular view of the ocean.

The facility is old, in need of updating and maintenance was poor. The bathroom design is awkward and difficult to use.

Slow elevator some sockets wasn't working. Heat didnt work well. The water in the shower stayed luke warm never got hot.

Terrible wifi elevator slow no towel racks. Just one trash can for room. No hot water for kitchen sink

Fridge: The fridge in the room could be a bit larger. Not looking for a full size - but a size or 2 up from one in room. Housekeeping: The room was overall clean - but the floor needed to be wet mopped with soapy water! My feet bottoms were absolutely BLACK after walking on the floor. Maid: Had the nerve to ask me if I was leaving her a tip!! She only cam to room on day we checked out!!!

Bathroom floor and tub grout and caulk had mold around edges. Very unappealing. Yuck!
