Location was especially nice. Modern lovely facility! Really enjoyed the pool and pool area!
AC in the room was sometimes loud. Everything else was perfect!

I traveled to NC in August and booked here because they have a pool - it was perfect!
Would have preferred something other than Starbucks.

the room was clean, modern & spacious. love the white sheeting. and it was quiet!!! so many times I've been wakened by doors slamming & people talking in the halls . it was heavenly to be able to sleep in

The woman working the front desk was excellent. There were tons of guests for the men’s basketball game eager to check in and she handled it so well with a smile on her face.

I can’t say enough good from this place.
It’s just beautiful. Rooms are awesome.
Loved the shower. Beds were comfy. Even the pillows!

Loved the room, amenities were great, and the hotel was beautiful.
Food was not great. We had dinner and breakfast. Breakfast was wrong, eggs sunny side up (ordered over med), steak over cooked (ordered medium). Server brought out eggs but were still wrong. Food at that point was cold. Instead of taking care of the problem she just avoided me.

Did not get a chance to partake in breakfast. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I loved the shower. Everything overall was exceptional during our short stay. Will book again if visiting in or near the area.

The staff is absolutely amazing! The hotel is immaculate, new and fresh. I love the place and always stay here when I have to be in chapel hill.
Unfortunately, a couple issues with our room...the bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the shower door didn't close so the floor was soaked. The staff tried to fix the sink but weren't able to.
