Staff was great, and you can beat the free fresh cookies at 3 pm, as well as the Clam Chowder at 5 pm

The room was clean and spacious, the beds comfortable, the staff was very accommodating with sunny attitudes. They were responsive and polite when something came up in the middle of the night. Good appliances, roomy frig. Great staff!
There was not a steam room as advertised and the pool was strictly for kids--smaller than it looks on online. Location is a bit dreary. Not for walking--plan to do that elsewhere. Lighting in the room could be better designed for night time activity--like one person reading or going to the bathroom. You will want to block the refrigerator glow, and a bath towel won't do the trick.

Customer service was excellent. Any questions we had they gave us simple answers. The hotel was quiet and relaxing. Wasn't any disturbance just a real place to relax. Their salmon clam chowder was really good.. Breakfast was fantastic.
I had to leave. But I will tell my friends to come stay at the Lloyd Hotel. The place was great

I didn’t like the alarm that someone left set up to go off at 6AM.

Breakfast was awesome. Everything is tidy. Food is great. Selection is better than other places we have been.

No room service I.e change of sheets, towels. Refresh coffee. Had to talk to staff to supply these items.

Nice staff
No hand rail for the toilet in the accessible room. No restaurant nearby, hard to find wandering through the boat yard and past the U-Haul trucks.

Really nice lobby with complimentary smoked salmon soup in the evening! The pool/sauna area was just right and relaxing. Breakfast was really good with great options.
This is a good place for our dog with a bike trail right behind and along the bay.
The room was a good size. We also used the laundry room that was big and clean.
Finding the place was a challenge. You can't see a hotel sign from the road and the turn off is a road to another company. It's at the end of the River walk so you really don't get the River Front vibe unless you walk a long way.

The bed and sheets were very comfortable! The room was very clean and a good size fridge for leftIovers. They had a full breakfast, many things to pick from. Checkin was easy and the people behind the desk were kind.
The room definitely needs to have more padding between the 1st and second floor. The kids above us sounded like they were going to fall through our ceiling, it was sooo loud!

Friendly staff great room & bonus they had hot chowder and delicious cookies when arrived. Not to mention the delicious breakfast. Will definitely return.

Room and pool area could have been cleaner. And hot food at breakfast was not good.
