location and price

Super ( needed???) security to office for check in. still daylight and door locked!! had to conduct check in and out thru 6x2” portal. Did not make us feel comfortable!! Shower/tub door VERY slippery and an accident looking to happen!!

The room was not bad at all. It was big, and had everything that a normal hotel does. The room was a lot better than what I had in mind considering the outside appearance.

The entrance could use some love. I also checked in late and the lobby was closed so they have a side window that made me feel like if I was in a prison, and made me question the security of the neighborhood.

It was cheap

Blankets were thin, no complimentary coffee or breakfast.

The rooms was actually clean and up-to-date and the staff was excellent

The location

There was no breakfast as advertised

nothing it’s dangerous motel . prostitution and drug dealers .

The bed was comfortable and had a big bathroom

Had an adjoining room with very loud neighbors our room smelled like Marijuana. Had people out in the parking lot being noisy all night.

Inadequate parking spaces. There was no coffee maker in the room. No fresh towels for second night of stay. Had to get a new key card every time I left the premises. No snack vending machines. Breakfast was canceled “due to covid”, yet ALL local restrictions had been lifted.

There is no breakfast. The desk clerk claimed he did not know why booking.com said breakfast is included. He made no reduction in the price of the room. He suggested I go to Hardee’s for breakfast, which I would have to pay for. The room proce was $1.00 higher than the booking.com confirmed price.

There is no elevator. There are no ‘extra’ outlets in the room for electronics.
