The room was updated, cozy and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised given the fact that it was a “motel.”

I stayed here in my quest to find an affordable room during Newport Folk Festival. The location is about 20 minutes from Newport on most low traffic days and the commute was tolerable for the fest. I would highly recommend the hotel. My room was spotlessly clean, comfortably appointed, and well equipped with shampoo, soap, conditioner, and even a toothbrush. Everything was NEW. It was the antithesis of what one thinks one will get by staying in a Motel and I probably will stay there again next year.

The AC shuts off after the room gets cool. I tried for hours trying to set the timer for it to stay on longer but it wouldn't work.

Very new spotless clean rooms. Fairly close to Newport (20 min by car) for a proper price. A good option for staying around Newport for its money.

Bathroom and shower was definitely not cleaned, we found a lot of hairs everywhere. Would not recommend it.

Good accommodation close to where I needed to be. Check in staff was friendly and gave us some complimentary water on arrival. Suite was spacious and clean and the place was good value for money (for the area).

The sleeping couch was bit uncomfortable as the mattress was very thin. It would also have been nice if there were some chairs outside the suite so we could sit in the sunshine.

location is near Roger Williams dorms and campus! Great Value!

Newly renovated. Very nice choices on the remodel. Need a few things for the walls, but other than that amazing. Would recommend to all my friends.

The grounds and room were VERY clean, and modern. The room was quiet, I couldn't hear my neighbors at all. The bed was comfortable and the linens were fresh and crisp. It was in a very good location, close to many places for food, gas, coffee, etc. The man at the front desk was quiet but helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I ever get back to RI.

My ONLY con is that the TV was located in the living room area and there was not one in the bedroom. This is a personal preference, though, as I like to fall asleep to television. That is honestly the only knock I can come up with for this place.

an asplundh truck pulled up both nights around 9 pm and was very loud but I think it was only there to clear trees after the recent storms
