Inside the room there was paper towels in the ceiling and it looked like the ceiling banners were coming off

Nothing, honestly.

They steal your deposit and look for flaws within the room to justify them keeping your $100 dollar deposit. The manager is a joke. If you have an emergency or an incident happen on their property, they will not only treat it as nonchalant as possible. Such a joke!

It was semi cheap for the emergency stay we needed.

the odor of the place, the dirty, I had to buy a glade to reduce the horrible odors in the room, the place smell to a cigarette and the type of people in the neighborhood is not good. Also the coach is the worst.

The rooms smelled of smoke and pet urine. we were charged more than the booking rate.

Staff was kind

The room was smelly and not super clean, there was a lot of extra security which made us nervous, the pictures online looked a lot nicer than the actual facilities and rooms, the neighborhood seemed sketchy

The lady who is working at breakfast bar is so sad and don't welcome gusts

the owner made a rude comment to his employee about us when I walked in that I thought was uncalled for

the place was dirty, stairways & halls .no drain stopper in bathroom sink, shower leaking from control valve, caulking around bathtub peeling off& black with mold . entry door; gap at bottom of door huge 1/2" to 1" , light from hallway & noise. door jamb on toilet & shower room broken . breakfast room poor no tea ,no fruit ,poor attitude with attendant, English muffin stale . room # 233

breakfast was lane. Everyone else staying was loud. The room smelled weird

it was clean and well kept and nice decor. Reception area was clean and orderly and front desk clerk very nice.

Could not shut bathroom door, the mattress needs replacing-badly stained, sheets were very wrinkled, towels yellow, floors needed mopping, coffee pot was broken but it was replaced, half used toilet paper roll.
