Exceptionally clean. Quiet and comfortable.

Nice spot for an overnight. Happy to be able to do our laundry there as we had been accumulating such in our travels.

The staff at the front desk was not friendly. Our bathroom flooded and when we told the guy about it he did nothing. We even asked if we could have another room and we were told they didn’t have any. He wouldn’t even come up to see the flooded bathroom. So we checked out and didn’t even stay.

The sheets were stained in multiple locations upon our arrival.

They say it's non-smoking but you can smell the marijuana in the halls and we got one room that still smelled like it and asked to be moved.

had to ask for the sheets and bedding for second pull out bed in room. They didn’t have any pillows. Good thing we brought a couple of our own. But made for an uncomfortable night.

I liked the maid service. She took very good care of our room with new towels and a clean room everyday without being asked as some hotels tend to do these days. The staff overall was alright. The lobby area was nice and clean

I stayed here last year around the same time and felt like I found a really great hotel. This year, not to much. The room we were in was showing its age, bedside lamp flashing, frame around bottom of closet door loose, a few stains on the carpet, rust on the outside corner of the shower, door frame with doorstop was useless because the frame moves which allowed the door to open. Breakfast was adequate but left something to be desired. What I found to be most disturbing was the working “ladies” in the lobby. We hadn’t noticed them for most of the time because we were out. I still like the hotel, I know that was not everyone’s experience, but they need to clean up a bit before I stay there again.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms very clean and the hotel is quiet. The location is excellent. It's very close to shopping and restaurants.

There was nothing that I didn't like about this location.
