Room size

bedding was dirty and no one was on staff to replace it. Management had poor customer service. I had reservation through booking and it was cancelled without even communicating with me about the cancellation so when I arrived I had to completely book again at a higher rate

The location was prime . However the room we stayed in had rodents in there and to our understanding they knew it when we were placed in the room on the bottom floor . Which is where their problem is with rodents due to the laundry room and mechanical room . The water would not get hot in the room either . So we were eventually placed in another room after going back complaining again about the rodents . Never asked if we wanted to move once we told them about the rodents

The location

I have stayed at this establishment on many occasions and over the years the hotel appears to be run down. It really need to renovate the rooms that they allow pets to stay in. The bathroom door at the bottom had claw marks as if the patrons lock their pets in there unattended. The hotel made no attempts to fix these cosmetic issues. Also, I do believe there were unseen bugs their, i.e. fleas. As I sat on the side of the bed with my feet touching the floor, something was jumping on and off my legs. I made myself believe that they cleaned this room and it couldn't be the case. There were no bed bugs because we checked as we sanitized the room for our safety. The morning of checkout, the toilet no longer flushed so my husband had to use the lobby bathroom. The room we had was butted up against the laundry room so there were a lot of power surging and the room was extremely hot due to the industrial driers they used. And finally, I cooked before checking out and I used the fan on the microwave to keep the little smoke at a minimal, as soon as I turned the microwave on to give a little heat to my husband's plate, the microwave and the air conditioner went out. My husband reset the breaker for the microwave and he started to reset the a/c unit and I stopped him. I told him that wasn't his job and that we will report. I also witnessed a housekeeper coming out of the front office with a 6 pack of beer under her arms and two of the beers were missing. Hopefully they were not allowing drinking on the job. Not sure I will be staying at the particular hotel again.
