The house was comfortable. It would have been better if the pool warming was included.

That the pool was heated unless you paid extra and towels. We had 6 people and we didn’t have enough towels unless we wash them right after we used them

Wardrobe in double bedroom locked. I understand why but this information not given in details. Upon arrival door entry electronic key pad failed. Rang agents and eventually got code to open key storage box. Stressful. Two lights not working, hairdryer damaged and unsafe, several towels short, dining chair leg loose, shower curtain rail in double bed en-suite not fixed to wall. Most of these things were dealt with during our stay.

Heated pool, keyless entry, Wi-fi good. Fishing at the location was extra value. Safe environment due to gated community. Master bedroom and bathroom. Close to Walmart. Tennis and basketball at site.

The refrigerator in the house in leaking and needs to be replaced urgently. The house needs better maintenance, (walls painted again, sheeting needs to be tightened up, aircon old and noisy). Barbeque not working properly.

should have been cleaner the floors were filthy dirty the swimming pool water was ice cold the dishwasher did not want to work as it was not fastened properly to the counter! No propane to cook with outside! Had to ask for extra kitchen towels and wash cloths!

Breakfast was not included in the package. There was plenty of room for all my guests. It was close to retail stores, gasoline stations, restaurants, and some major attractions. The home had a nice pool with a jacuzzi. We could not enjoy them because it was too cold, but the view was nice. The neighborhood amenities were great, and walking the neighborhood was a breeze and safe. The neighbors were pleasant and hospitable. The broom closet had a mop, brown, and dustpan with a vacuum cleaner. that was good to have in case a clean-up was needed.

The first impression is often the only impression! I mean no disrespect. I ama public health officer in the military and I did notice some things that can be impoved upon to make the experience more inviting. The garbage bin outside the home was already full of dirty house filters and other rubber trash. It should have been emptied before we arrived. We had to go to the dumpster right away which was inconvenient. The house was not stocked with anything outside of a very small (6 oz.) bottle of dishwashing liquid. We did not get complimentary tea or coffee bags. When traveling, we cannot have certain items in our luggage. It would have been nice to have a basket of complimentary items as do hotels and B&Bs such as dishwasher packets, pot&pan scrubber, cleaning supplies, and sanitizers. The kitchen had a basket full of rotten fruit (possibly two weeks or more old). The ironing board was broken, we found out after it collapsed while ironing. It had no latch to keep it upright. The extra floor fan in the upstairs closet does not work at all. The carpets in two of the major bedrooms had stains on them. Not very inviting (did not know what it was), however, one of them looked like wax had melted on the carpet. The top railing stairwell had a missing wooden dowel. A terrible accident could result, particularly with younger children present (luckily no young children were present). All bathrooms need a thorough cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing. Several needed the bath caulking stripped and replaced. The amount of mold and crud infestation was evident and overpowering. No one should have to breathe in that mold and shower under those unsanitary conditions. Making sure we did not touch those areas of the showers was extremely difficult. It is overdue for a thorough resurfacing job. The bathrooms are environmentally unsafe. The pictures of the house do it justcice. I recommend getting those bathrooms and carpet taken care of.

The showers were moldy & a few of the drinking glasses were chipped. I ended up buying disposable plates & cups.

The size of the house was great. Location was everything. The hosts were responsive to most requests

The pool area and pool was dirty and we had to clean the pool. Previous guests left personal items behind and dirty pan with oil by the grill, and trash in the front yard, so housekeeping was not that great. Beds were uncomfortable. Had to ask for t. paper and trash bags and was still not enough had to buy our own. Too many incidentals. No cable in some rooms and this was not made clear at the outset. Pool lights were not working and was never fixed during stay so couldnt use the pool at night etc etc. Etc

The location was wonderful. There was a Walmart next door in case we needed something. We also had easy access to our desired locations.

The only thing I can think of is that it was difficult to spot the house in the dark because the number were difficult to see.

I love the space of the place and all the amenities and cookware that the house provided.

I think the property could have been cleaned better.

The spaciousness.

The comforter had food stains so I had to buy a new one for the bed. The towels were not washed. The tubs had mold in them. The security put a sticker on my brother in laws vehicle and the pool guy lied and said the smoker's smoked in the house. The whole experience was unacceptable.
