Wonderful breakfast, quiet comfortable room and the best bed and pillows I have ever slept on! Loved it!

On Day two the room was never serviced. Bed not made, trash not removed, towels not replaced. Looks like they forgot me that day. All other days fine.

Staff were not friendly and maid was coming in early when we were staying for three days you would think with today’s technology they could let Maids know which rooms could be cleaned but to be knocking on doors at 8am asking if you are checking out is a bit much

They stayed on the seventh floor, the smell of marijuana was there for 2 days, the room was not cleaned for 3 days, the people at the reception did not take our complaints into account, we were very ignored, the breakfast is barely edible, the cleaning person He also behaved badly, a very bad experience staying at his hotel, I thought that by complaining I would achieve something, but that's not the case, you don't care

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean inside and outside. Nice breakfast. Lovely view. We will definitely stay here again

Conveniently located next to highway. Breakfast was good and adequate. Also kept some luggage in the storage room in front after check-out. The front desk staff was great!!
Needed to request housekeeping explicitly to remove the trash, which they did not do on a couple of days. Hope they had provided more coffee and creamers in the room, which we got from the front desk.

Our room was fabulous and very spacious. The breakfast was great and all of the staff were friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend.

The breakfast offerings were varied and delicious. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location was excellent for someone with their own transportation who did not want to spend more money to stay downtown. Parking was plentiful and right next to the hotel and free.
My only complaint is that the bathtub was slick, so I was not comfortable getting in and out of the bathtub or standing to take a shower. There is one bar to hold on to which is convenient for the shower.

We arrived to a maintenance issue in our bathroom. It was repaired within hours.

I liked how the room was clean and the delicious breakfast that we had every morning until we were gone.
They showed us a big room with 2 king beds at the booking time but when we booked and went there after having long drive, we were provided a room with only 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. It was almost like jelly but with the springs coming out a little (not out of the bed). Because of this I woke up several times during the two nights I slept there.

They charged us $100 for our 1 night stay even though we paid our bill through booking.com
I feel like that should be something we get know about before booking a hotel, it would have made a difference on booking with them.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. Location was nice as it was not far from the city, but it far enough to have no traffic.

Took us some time to find the facility, google has it mapped wrong, takes u to quest diagnostics, and the signage lights up at night, so it was easy to find, but not at day time.
