It would be nice if breakfast ran a little later. I think it stopped at 9:00.

Room smelled like an ash tray. I have a baby girl so that was unacceptable. I called previously ahead of time to make sure they had a crib for the baby so I didn’t have to bring mine. I get there was told that they didn’t have any so therefore my baby wasn’t going to have any place to sleep.

Indoor pool. All you can eat breakfast. Clean. Comfy bed.

Location. It was close to town but you had to go out of your way to get there. you could hear all the noise in the hallways.

Breakfast was good - not great. The person taking care of that area in the morning did a very good job of it. The cold water in the bathroom (sink) was very cold which is a great improvement over most hotels. The heating system in our second room worked properly - thank goodness! The beds were comfortable. The pillows were average, at best. The showers were OK, at best. The rooms were clean.

The decaf coffee provided in the rooms was horrible. That's why they provide decaf downstairs in the lobby, but there was very little of that left our first night. The heating unit in our first room did not operate properly. We had to sleep with it off or the room would've gotten extremely hot and uncomfortable. I reported that to the clerk at the front desk the next day. At 5:30 AM at the end of our first night, there was a major disturbance in a room next door or close to us. A couple was yelling and arguing for around an hour. I was too tired to call the front desk. I reported it that morning and was told that there weren't any other reports of this. Hard to imagine that. So, that afternoon we moved to a new room down the hall and had to sleep in 2 separate beds instead of the king-sized bed that we originally had. At least the heat worked in the second room.

The hotel was fancy, it had a fancy feel and look to it, plus they had a laundry area and an indoor pool which is always a plus

The beds are very comfortable,even my little one said live the bed it’s so comfortable to sleep on.

Besides discover a dirty sock right next to the room we first checked in.

Location was easy to find. It had a nice pool and a fitness area, and a pretty decent breakfast. Room was cozy and our bed was very comfortable. Staff was very kind as well. I’d stay here again.

Our room could’ve been a little cleaner, but I think that’s it. Our bed headboard had handprints on it (which was kind of creepy) and there was a splatter of unknown substance on my nightstand, but could’ve have been marks from a cleaner that had been sprayed. The rest of the hotel was pretty clean.

The location was pretty convenient to downtown, but there's not much around the hotel. Breakfast was good and the rooms were comfortable.

Immediate locale was not the greatest. The one way highway in front makes it a little difficult to get in and out.

Location was nice being in my old neighborhood with much to do.

The building consistently smelled of marijuana. For the price we paid we expected higher standards.

Nothing. Facilities are good, breakfast was good and the staff was great.

Position close to the city center and to the major attractions of the city. Decent cleanliness.

Breakfast timeframe. It can be extened during weekdays up to 10 am at least. I spent two nights there and both mornings the house keeping was knocking at the door to clean the room (at around 8 am on Sunday and the second time at 10 am with a clear sign out of the room to not disturb). A bit annoying. Outdated furniture.

The property was clean, the room, indoor pool and gym were very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and quick to respond. The provided breakfast is simple but the provided anything you could need, bagels muffins waffles butter cream cheese options yogurt options fruit eggs toast peanut butter and jelly and more

The microwave in the room was the only thing a little questionable, extremely cheap to the point that we tried to pop a simple bag of popcorn and it started burning and melting the door after a minute. Not sure if it was a faulty microwave or just a random freak accident. We noticed the staff and they came to take a look right away but didn’t replace it. We continued to use it a few more times very carefully and in 30 second increments and it did fine .
