I could have my little dog there and the staff was nice. Breakfast was pretty ok but almost not worth the struggle.

It was hotter than Hades in the halls and elevators, the elevator was slow slow slow. The pool and pool area was filthy, the floors were dirty (we didn't feel like being barefoot was even an option). Pictures of rooms and hotel are very misleading. Very overpriced for the whole experience there honestly.

The room was about 10 mins from the beach. The continental breakfast was good.

I opened my patio door and there was a baby frog out there. I am terrified of those! Also, my remote control did not work I had to turn the tv manually. The front desk gave me 2 additional remotes that did not work, and I never had a remote for the weekend. We could not get housekeeping to turn down the room, the pool was dirty. Late at night, there are prostitutes walking around. The elevator took FOREVER to come to any floor, not because people were on it, it seemed old. If my son did not have a room on the beach that we enjoyed being at I think the trip would have been worst having to be at that hotel most of the stay.

Nothing, we could not stay there. There was a miscommunication and only one bed and eventhough the online site said there was one additional room with two beds available while we were standing at the front desk, they told us they had none to swap for two beds. Cancellation policy said no refunds,, IF they will refund the money, then we would not be leaving a bad review. They were unwilling to work with us, said they were full BUT we had the availability pulled up on a friend's phone who was sitting somewhere else and we were older and couldn't get the info on our on phones. The receptionist refused to help us.
