Clean room

Guest in rm 217 were blaring music all night the only lady that checked us in was helpful by giving us extra sheets and blanket for the pull but the next 2 shifts with next guest in rm 217 were blaring music so loud that started at 11pm we ask the front desk to ask them to please lower it they didn't help they were playing music so loud we could not go to sleep me my wife and 3 girls were up till 4am because of the loud guests in rm 217 then at 7 am they started again and the front desk lied to us and said oh they checked out already but clearly they were still there being loud by having music blaring through the walls and talking very loud almost yelling.... we were there for a funeral and needed sleep from the long travel from tx a 7 hr drive and didn't get no rest at all a very unhappy stay for the amount we payed for the room it was very disappointing and also disrespectful that nothing was done to keep a calm peaceful hotel for all the guest staying there and to just brush off a complaint like that was very unprofessional also by the hotel staff

It was clean and quiet.

The staff was not happy to be there. I arrived to the hotel with an empty parking lot, but almost stepped on a used condom on the pavement. Upon check in, I asked if a nearby restaurant delivered, and she shook her head and said, “welcome to Mississippi, where everyone is lazy.” Ok… Then I asked if I could have a ground floor room near an exit door. She handed me a key to the second floor in the middle of the hotel. ok…? The next morning I checked out and realized down the road about an hour that I had left my credit card in the room. (I had ordered from Grubhub.) I called and the woman said she would go to the room and grab it for me but I would have to call back later to talk to the manager about mailing it to me. I froze the card and called back later and a different woman said there was no card and no manager I could speak with. I would have to call back the next day at 11 pm. I explained that I just needed to have it mailed to me and she said that it wasn’t an option.

Night front desk associate double charged me even after telling her I prepaid through booking app. She was insisting I didn’t know what I was talking about and really wasn’t helping the situation by saying,” have you ever booked a reservation before?” as if I was stupid, Thankfully when checking out the next day, the day shift front desk associate understood the issue and refunded my money.
