the room was very nice, clean and comfortable. the staff was very friendly.

The hot water heater went out at 8:00 pm, we arrived at 10:00 pm. We were offered a full refund to go somewhere else, but it was 10:00 pm and we had been driving for 6 hours so we didn't have the energy to start searching for another hotel. The manager was very apologetic but never offered a discount or another stay. We felt we should have been offered something, due to fact we had to take cold showers. At the very least they should have found us somewhere else to stay instead of putting it back on us.

Clean pool, very nice rooms, nice breakfast selection.

I wasn't able to get an early check-in, although the hotel wasn't fully booked.

this hotel is dirty, our door did not close properly, the handle to the door was broken, the shower head was gross and the bathtub was covered in rust. the hallways of the hotel were very hot. they had a broken up unsafe board covering the hot tub.

The room was clean and quite.

I couldn’t get any reception on the TV.
