Nærhet til flyplassen = bra!

Dårlig lukt i gang og på rom, dårlig inntrykk i resepsjonen allerede på tur inn på hotellet (tapet løsnet fra veggene, gardiner og gardinstenger som ikke så bra ut, dårlig renhold generelt på vegger/tak), gammel skitten gulvbelegg/filt i hotellets korridorer (i tillegg til sur lukt), skittent på hotellrommets gulvbelegg, sofa og kontorstol (vi fant ikke at vi ønsket å sitte på disse pga. skittenheten og stygge flekker).

The room was very clean and well decorated that i was supprised for the age of the hoter.

I thought the building and parking lot was not up to parr compared to others i have stayed at. The batroom had a corner shower with the glass door missing and a shower curtain used in place of the door and didn't seal the splash very well.

Upon arrival it was clear that the property was not kept up. Broken, dirty and rusty facade, windows with profanity written in the dirty. gutters rusted off... I could go on. My friend and I (two women traveling alone) called booking from the parking lot and said we did not feel safe. We were told to request a fee waiver from the hotel which we were of course not granted. We did not stay but still owed the money because Booking.com did not care about our safety and did not go to bat for us.

No refrigerator, diabetic and keep insulin.

The shower door did not stay shut and water got all over the floor

The ice machine on the first floor was not in working order

More variety, fruits

Was awoken at 10 pm to find out I was booted from my 5:00 AM shuttle because “park and fly customers take priority.” The shuttle they offered to schedule instead would have made me late for my international flight. I want a refund, but they told me to reach out to Booking.com. I will never stay here again.
