it was dirty, in a poor area of town and not what we expected at all.

Easy freeway access

Bed pillows were more like sofa throw pillows. Then we found hair in the bathtub. Dirty floor in the bathroom. Light bulbs burned out on bedside lamp. Fan on air conditioned was very loud and made weird noises all night. A lot of noise in the hallways - loud voices and kids running around

The staff was pleasant and the rooms seemed nice

Someone's dog pooped in the elevator and on the third floor which made it very disgusting and almost unbearable to ride the elevator up. Then the toilet in one of the rooms was not fastened to the floor and would leak water every time it was flushed.

Very easy to navigate and get around. The elevator was a nice touch. The grounds were neat and well kept.

Loved the accommodations. Everything was clean and working well. I felt very safe (traveling alone).

The only thing that made it difficult to sleep was how loud the doors and fans and refrigerator were. I swear every time I left my room it echoed down the hall, but on the other hand I was grateful to have a very secure door!
