The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The rooms were spacious.

Although there was handrails in the tub there was no way to sit in the bathtub to shower for my Mother even though it was supposed to be handicap accessible.

The facility needs updating, work was being done in the one elevator they have. It was a mess. The hallways to the rooms smell musty. Our shower head didn’t work, my husband tried to fix it himself and when he couldn’t we called the front desk. When she came my daughter was using the restroom she said to call her when and restroom was open. We called her and no one ever came back to check it out or fix it. We ended up all having to take baths which is really inconvenient. The beds felt super itchy. We travel to brownwood at least once every 2months. We won’t be returning to this hotel.

Check in was terrible. There were 4 employees trying to check in 4 guests and it seemed like they didn't know how. It took a long time. Seemed like they were all new employees and hadn't been trained.

Disgusting blood stained comforter. I returned it to front desk and they didn't have a replacement, so I had to freeze because I didn't want to use disgusting comforter. No compensation, no sincere apology. Unacceptable.

It was okay for hotel breakfast

Could have comfortable furniture in rooms The one chair was so hard. The couch sunk down. Should have recliner in rooms. There was no shower wand. The toilet too low. We stayed in pet room and it smelled like urine really bad.

The location was great.

The air conditioner kept turning on and off and didn't have a switch to have the fan constantly running. The elevator button was not held in place, it was pushed through the wall.

Perfect location surrounded by restaraunts and activities yet still quiet . Breakfast was good. Front desk was very helpful and assisted me with a problem and provided a solution for me. Big soft beds very comfortable and a spacious bathroom area

Pillows. I like the big fluffy pillows they provide 3 shorter pillows. Not a deal breaker just a preference

The bed was comfortable, despite being very full it was quiet, and though they accept pets, there was no bad odor.

overall the property was clean, but very little detail Cleanliness, ie stained toilet seat loose and dirty, tub that was half-full & dripping. The property is relatively new, but has a lot of wear and tear. The coffee must be changed!

The front desk girl was super nice

Very loud room…was on the first floor by the elevator, no soap in bathroom just shampoo and conditioner, missing some of the baseboard in the bath area

Dirty tub, caulking, missing bath tub parts. Door safety latch drill holes were completely stripped and the latch was useless. The toilet ran constantly, keys quit working randomly. Ice machines inoperable. Understaffed, breakfast was late, coffee machine broken, understaffed! Pics obtained rules for dog owners?
