Location was great, directly off route86 and close to where our family was camping. Desk staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was sufficient and well attended to, we stayed once before and will stay again. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, good breakfast, what more do you want?

The only decent thing about this hotel was the continental breakfast. They offered not only cold but also hot options.

The first room I was given the toilet had urine on the seat along with water and soap stains on the bathroom mirror. The second room I was given there was sticky residue on the tables. The bathroom was not clean as well. The wifi did not work at all.

Breakfast was as expected basic, but fine.

Had trouble locking the sliding glass door and the decor could use a touch up.

Great location for our stay and the price was very good and the reception staff were very helpful

Shower head was bad sprayed water out one side causing my sister to fall trying to get in shower! There is nothing in bottom of tub to keep from slipping! I slid when I took my shower first! So she knew to be careful! Staffing morning not friendly

Breakfast was one of the worst I have encountered. The choices were very limited, no bread other then raisin bagels. I stayed 4 days and only eggs were available once. One day two trays of sausage links with nothing to go with it. The juice machine never worked. No fresh fruit, no hard boiled eggs Hardly any choices in muffins. The light in the room for sleeping was awful. There was a smoke detector blinking all night over our bed, the curtains did not block outside light.

What I did not like is that Booking.com did not provide the booking information for the hotel. And when I tried to call the Booking.com help center I was hung up on. The assistant manager at the site contacted the booking. com and tried to resolve the issue. Even though the hotel did not have my booking info I showed them the printout of the confirmation and a room was provided. It was a very stressful situation given that we were in the midst of a snowstorm.
