A elevator, or at least a description that there would not be one. They also need to take the time to wash their towels they were all stained up.

Very accommodating. Nice pool. Friendly staff.

Could use renovations. Room was musty. Bed could be better.

three major complaints. 1) I couldn’t understand the desk person due to her terrible language accent. 2) we couldn’t keep the air fan moving all night. It kept going off even in the on position - independent of temperature. 3) there were no drapes for the windows so anyone could look in to our windows all night.

Not much

The breakfast was less than expected. The room was dusty. Something on the door that I washed off. Carpet was damaged and i had my dog there and thought they were going to get blamed. It smelled like smoke and just not a fresh smell. Th shower head was on strong. The walls had something on the in the bathroom and around the room. There was something on the vents of the air conditioner. Chair was broken. I have pictures.

No decent breakfast. Cereal stale. No eggs sausage. Carbs only for breakfast. No juice.

The cold room

Smoke smell in room, hairs on the blanket and sheets, stains on the pillow cases, shear window curtains, hot hallways, lame breakfast.

It was a nice clean place.

It did not have an elevator and I had a room on the second floor. I asked for something on the first floor when I checked in but was told that everything on the first floor was booked.

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

room did not get cleaned. had to ask for fresh towels bed not made garbage not emptied.

close to the venue we needed to be at and close to restaurants but that’s it

they didn’t have hot water at all and the manger was rude about it and told me the other hotel had coke water also when we had families staying there and they confirmed they had hot water. he said they always had cold water when it was cold outside he said had something to do with the hot water heater

Very super clean even the rooms were also nice and if you ever stay with a big family definitely get the three bedroom we loved it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool looked nice for such a small hotel.

The curtains didnt close so anyone outside could see in our window. There was mold growing on both the heating unit and in the bathroom next to the shower.
