There was no breakfast even when it stated there was

Our room was filthy, carpets not vacuumed there was not one person working we had to check in through a different atttached hotel. And the pool was foul and not working

My sister said the bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable.

My sister said they only had 1 set of towels for 3 people. She won't stay here again.

First room given stunk of smoke and was not cleaned properly. I rejected it Second room was ok but in need of upgrading. Obvious damage in bathroom. Bath had a new sink only good thing. Breakfast was very sorry. We won’t stay there again

Do not stay at Super 8. We had to beg for fresh towels every morning except the first morning. They had only a 1/2 roll of TP in the bathroom which we had to bring our own TP. The lobby was not staffed and we had to go around the corner to the sister hotel that is part of the complex. I haven't seen that before. It looks they are neglecting Super 8 in favor of the other hotel. I should have looked at the reviews before I booked this. Never using Booking.com again.

I booked and paid for the hotel room, but could not find an Uber, taxi, shuttle or bus to pick me up from fairground campsite of RAGBRAI and transport me to hotel the night of my reservation. It was VERY frustrating. The hotel itself had no shuttle, so I could not get to hotel for the night. I then tried to cancel reservation and get a refund, but the cancellation policy says I must cancel more than 24 hours of paying. I did not discover the lack of transport until i arrived by bike late in the afternoon of the day I booked hotel room.

Lack of any shuttle service to pick me and luggage up and take me to hotel. .

Everything. The pool hasn't been used for 3 years even though it's still advertised. Had to go to the hotel next door to check in. My daughter's got ate up by bugs. The shower curtain was in a ball on the floor by the bathroom, brackets ripped out of the tiles leaving broken tiles, door to the room looked like a dirty dog had been scratching on it. The power went out for the outlets in the room so no outlets worked. Power also went out in the hallway for our room leaving the hallway pitch black. There's also no breakfast at the Super 8, although a hot breakfast is advertised. We ended up getting another hotel after my daughter's woke up with bug bites all over. Tried to address the issues with the lady at the front desk and she completely brushed it off. Also tried addressing it through the Booking App and all the hotel had to say was thanks for my stay.

Room smoked in. No smoke detectors. No shower curtain. Room smelled bad. Individual sleeping in hallway. Tv not hooked up. No clock radio or phone. Drawer missing from nightstand. This place should be shut down. What a dump.

The ONE STAFF From the adjoining hotel who Was the only one staff for the two hotelshe was very nice, but that was the only thing pleasurable During check in which we had a walk quite a ways out of our way to the other hotel to check in to separate cause there was no staff @super 8

Let's start with the room was dirty There was dirty blankets and pillows So the beds weren't changed. There There was no toilet paper there was no clean towels and we didn't Get the room that we booked. This swimming pool is not opened and is just a slab of concrete. With no water in it. No elevator so if you have a lot of luggage, good luck getting up the stairs with it. And on top of it, I'm trying to get the other room refunded. Because it's horrible there and I can't even find anyone to talk to it. To get it taken care, there was no staff. We had to walk to an adjoining hotel to be checked in from a different hotel. She was the only manager out of the 2 hotels.
