The staff at the front were very nice. They helped me get a refund going and welcomed me and my boyfriend well. Location was awesome.

Oof. A lot. The whole place smells weird down the hallways. Like. Grandma has been expiring for a couple of days wearing her granny perfume. When we got into our room, at a glance, we were like "ah okay, this is alright." Then we started noticing gross things when we came back after driving around. (We basically ran in, ate tacobell, and scurried off to our plans. Didn't really take a good enough look) When we were settling down for bed after returning, the chairs at the table had what looked like dry pee stains on the seat. Okay, I no worries I won't sit there. Turned around and saw dark colored drops of something all over one spot of the floor next to the couch. Ew. But fine. Went to go to the bathroom... I FOUND POOP LEAKING FROM THE TOILET, TEMP FIXED WITH CAULKING THAT HAD STARTED FLAKING OFF!!! Duuuudeee. Health Code violation easy. Then we laid in bed, and the bed was so uncomfortable we might as well sleep on the floor... Pillows were fine, I was afraid to look at the actual pillow. I pulled up the bedspread and found dried blood and big white rings that looked like semen on them. Okay, I know it isn't hard to load something with bleach or replace it, but using it again when it looks like that!?? Ewww. So I asked for a new one, the lady was very quick and nice, but I went to lay that one on the bed and... same thing. Rings of SOMETHING. I don't know what. So we slept in sheets all night. The first night was rough. Breakfast wasn't too bad. Yogurt was expired. Sausage was mushy. Eggs were awesome. 2nd Day we leave for the day, exploring (since we flew in from Oregon), got back later that night to find an extra little yummy thing on the side of my bed. Something white and crusty. I wanted to run out of there. It was around 1 am. when we got back. I've never felt so ill in my life. Not only from the musty smell, but my allergies (I have allergies from mold spores), AND NOW CRUSTY WHITE ON THE SIDE OF MY BED.

The lady at the front desk in the morning was rude don't think she wanted to be their she was a manager I believe

It was fine...not great but not bad. Pretty basic hotel breakfast. Entire hotel was just ok. Not much else to say. I would probably not look to stay there again but if it were the only one best option available, I would.

Food just kinda blah. Again, not great but not bad either. Entire property just seemed dated and in need of a makeover. Strange pool setup...not that we used it...just seemed a bit odd as far as setup and location.

someone had pooped on the staircase and the area around the pool looked terrible

the first room was not very clean. there was stuff on the curtains, the bed had hair on it that wasn’t ours, there were water stains all over ceiling, there was black mold that looked like it was growing by showers. the second room was much better than first.

Had no heat for 2 nights

the bed sheets wasn’t change the sheets were dirty they were hair in the sheets because they weren’t change from the previous guest, so I had to change my sheets myself, and I was extremely tired so I was a little upset about that some of the towels seemed as if they were use and the tub was dirty.

the staff is excellent

they allow way too much weed to be smoked in the property and it also led to gunshots in the parking lot. didn't feel safe with family there
