I like the hotel, the staff, the parking, & Wi-Fi. The room was comfortable & met our needs. My daughter & I was in town for a funeral & although the room size was smaller than expected it still met the need.

What made me extremely angry & made us not want to use this hotel was the noise. There were people running up & down the hallways, doors constantly slamming on our floor & the room directly above us was so noisy we got NO sleep & I developed a migraine. We had to travel home that morning & it sounded like someone was jumping off the bed constantly, stomping across the floor, doors slamming & yelling all the way up to 5am in the morning. Front desk said they would ask them to stoop 2 times, but nothing changed. The noise continued from around 8pm (?) to after 5am. Check out time was 11am, however we just left as soon as we could get ready. The weather turned bad as we were driving North & my daughter & I was SO tired it made the drive home very stressful & difficult. We felt this was a good place to stay as we have family in the are, but I can’t say I trust staying there again because of the noise experience.

We reserved a KING and got 2 queens. Makes the room way too tight. On vacation, we came down for a late breakfast to find the restaurant was closing for the morning.

Staff at front desk was very polite and friendly. The staff at the restaurant could have been more friendly and attentive

it was close in proximity to where I needed to be. it was close enough to the airport, and it was right across the street from a shopping center with a grocery store.

My room didn’t have a bath tub which I didn’t catch at booking. Otherwise everything was great.

Wrong room was reserved from confirmation. Booking .com showed inaccurate images for property. Breakfast wasnt free as shown on site. Whole reservation was full of problems.

Easy to access close to nice mini mall. Very nice rooms with super soft sheets. Firms beds.

It's a nice clean facility and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Very pet friendly and the beds were comfortable

The water temperature in the pool was cool. Grandkids wouldn't even play in it. No snacks allowed in pool area, so that was inconvenient.
