For what we were there to do which was a football tournament, the value we paid was decent. The breakfast was good. The staff was extremely nice and willing to help with whatever was needed.

Seemed like maybe the hotel had been somewhat updated. The floors were uneven and the hallway was Smokey even though there was no smoking in the hotel. Our shower looked as though there was dirt stained at the bottom of the tub.. The water did not get as hot as I would have liked. They pull out bed on the couch felt as though you would be sleeping on box springs so my husband and I went and purchased a blow up mattress for our 10-year-old to be able to sleep comfortably on the pull out bed.

The staff was super nice,it was quiet and the lady doing breakfast that morning let my grandson get some cereal and some other food after it was closed..very nice people

Very disappointed that the hot tub was filled with cement..was looking forward to a nice soak after a long day..weekday breakfast ended way to early 6-8am and our coffee maker in room was broken but I got some out of lobby

staff was very friendly and were very welcome.

we were their 3 nights and no cleaned our room during our stay. we had to get our towels everyday.

The staff was very helpful and very nice. Felt like the carpet was new. The room was very clean and the bed were comfortable. For me the pillows were a little stiff.

Could hear some noise coming from outside when people would be sitting in the benches. Not really a major issue.

I did not like the rooms are not updated with new fresh couches the couch was nasty and tacky dirty

Breakfast was terrible. Runny eggs. Everything was empty and not replaced. The counters were filthy. There were children putting hands on food and cereal containers

We booked this specific location based off its locations being close to holiday world - that was the only thing we really liked.

I really wished I could’ve taken pictures of my room but first impression walking in to see a super dirty couch colored red or a soft orange and the couch had black/brown spots of dirt! That’s how dirty and old that couch looks. My shower certain was BLACK with mold at the bottom it was so disgusting & on top of my bed frame was a lot of dust that has just been there collecting.

I zWomen at check in was awful we thought about leaving never been greeted that way came back to another person who checked us in 11 TV channels nothing for kids pool was ice cold because maintenance man quit smell on 2nd floor was horrible someone cooking in there room, had to hold your breath , our room was half way clean but th smell on Monday I checked air filter which was 3inches with dirt they did clean and bring back after I took it too them
