that they took my hundred dollars in cash for deposit. put me in room 214 that smell like smoke. then charge me for it smelling like somke

Loud Music, walking, late night noise. It is understandable that renovations are causing some inconvenience, parking and blocked areas. Facility is a bit dated but we'll kept.

convent location

Our room smelled like smoke upon entering. There were stains on bed comforter, dirty ring around inside of toilet. we were charged a $100 deposit and part of the “deal breaker list” was smoking in the room, stained up/or stolen linens. There was no breakfast because the person responsible didn’t show up to work. Staff also charged my account for another customers stay and I just received my money back in my account on March 25th and we stayed there on March 18th

Loud construction late and early morning.

Staff was great. Location was good. Price was appropriate for the run down condition

Extremely run down, no insulation around door. Toilet stopped up once. Found dirty wash rag hanging on shower rod. Floor in bathroom was dirty. Bed made popping sheet metal sound when you sat or got up. Top of fridge and coffee maker was dusty. Ceiling looks like it had lots of leaks patched walls had visible patches of damage.

They charged me $50 over the booking price and still have not refunded the money. No hot water or toilet paper
