The staff were amazing. There was only 1 lady working in the bar, that was also the chef and the waitress, through all of those responsibilities she was very pleasant, very professional and made all of her customers feel special. The receptionist made us feel so welcomed. The hospitality here made us feel special. Thank you.

There was a mildew looking spot on the ceiling in the shower and the shower curtain needed to be replaced. I let the receptionist know, he said he would let the housekeeper manager know and thanked me for letting him know.

The staff was SUPER friendly! I called and asked for an early check in because this was a birthday surprise and I wanted to decorate the room before birthday boy got into town. They were very understanding and got me checked in and in the room about an hour and 15 mins ahead of time which was perfect! Any staff member I passed in the building or outside spoke, asked if everything was okay or if I needed anything, and asked how the surprise went. The staff and customer service alone would make me book here again, but on top of that, the facility itself was so nice! I'll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

The staff was nice & helpful.

The room was not properly cleaned. There were dirty towels left in the bathroom from whoever was in the room before me. There was a wet wash cloth hanging on the shower and large towels hanging behind the bathroom door. There was also hair on the shower wall. In the common area, the pull out table was not cleaned at all. There was food stains, what looked like crumbs, and a plastic bottle cap.
