Comfortable room.
Charger extra for rollaway bed and only informed of charge at check-in, despite requesting in advance.

They had a hard time finding my reservation, with Booking.com. They put me in a room, anyways, as the front desk staff and I tried to work out the issues with Booking.com.
I was forced to call Booking.com to try to get some help, checking in. The call cost me almost as much as 2 rooms at this property. I have stopped using Booking.com, since a simple phone call to your support line cost me $200+. I have deleted the app, and never plan on using your services again. But, I will definitely stay at the Quality Inn in Petoskey again.

Location to family, breakfast was good, staff was pleasant, clean & spacious room.
Poor water pressure for a shower, upstairs guests were super noisy.

the room smelled and it was very noisy with young kids running around outside. I changed hotels after one night. room was ok but did not meet my standards. staff was friendly. Had a dog with me.

The gal at the front desk was so friendly. We thought the puzzle in the lobby and the fire pit outside were nice touches, giving folks something to do outside of their rooms. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, & cookies in the lobby were a really nice surprise. The beds were comfy! The location was perfect for our ski trip. Good place to stay.
I would've loved to have a banana & some raisins for my oatmeal at breakfast.

The manager was amazing, very polite, and extremely helpful. Very comfortable stay.
Didn't realize it was pet friendly. A lot of dogs, would have preferred a room not next to so many.

Breakfast was good. It was clean. Good location. Staff was exceptionally friendly.
The beds were saggy. But we always make sure we get two beds, so they were fine with only one person in each bed.

Pet friendly and breakfast was pretty good rooms where nice love the jacuzzi tubs in the bathroom
The people in the next room being a little rough in bed and We thought they would come through the wall any time
