The bed was so comfy. The staff was very nice and kind.

The room was kinda small and the bathroom even smaller.

The woman that served us breakfast worked the day we arrived. She Had such a good spirit . Me an my fiancé Was the first to make it down for breakfast. She welcomed us in the area , served us breakfast from a variety Of things. I absolutely loved my stay !

What a lovely inn! The breakfast was superb. The inn's history and ambiance was wonderful, the staff was kind and helpful. We booked 2 nights and so glad we did. It was a very relaxing stay. We also booked one of the dinners, which was first-class. This would be a great stay for a special occasion.

Terrace Inn is an historical building in the middle of the historical Bay View Association. Experiencing the restored 1911 era building and decor was a pleasure.

The rooms are adequate but very small and there is minimal sound insulation between rooms. We shared the hotel with a wedding party and were able to hear most of their conversations way past midnight.

The breakfast was excellent, and staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff and one of the owners took very good care of us. They were most friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but dinner was extraordinary.

Our shower was small. When we stay again will pay for an upgrade.

Dinner was awesome. We loved the location.

We entered our room late. The couple next to us was fighting. We could hear everything. My partner turned his music on his phone....low to hope to drown them out. They called the front desk complaining. When she came up her comments were condescending as if we were up there swinging from the chandelier. We were treated as if we were children. They yelled things through the wall at us after she left. We are in our sixties and clearly not teenagers. The next morning when my partner went down to talk to the front desk about this we received very automatic responses regarding the 11:00 PM noise rule. We asked to be moved and there wasn't any availability to do this. We asked for our money back and again got a text book response. NO APOLOGY. Her attitude smelled of "I don't care." I have stayed at this property before and was very disappointed this time. My partner left his business card so that the manager Morris could call him. NO response or call back. We moved out and checked into another local hotel where we were treated as adults and customers. This area in Michigan has plenty of hotels to stay in. Unfortunately, we will not be going back to this one.

Breakfast was good but limited menu

Floor was very slanted and the head of the bed was lower than the foot of the bed. Chairs were not comfortable. Most of the reading areas were too dark. Climbing up the stairs is hard for older people.
