Great location but better off paying a little more for better hotel with better cleanliness.

Location and staff

Cleanliness, sheets and towels had stain on them. Room felt sticky, took whole day of ac bring at 60 degrees to make it comfortable

It was nice to stay for a night

We didn't have time to try the breakfast-but it looked fine. The staff was really nice and nice location with plenty of food choices around.

Only one elevator and it was pretty slow -we were there for the Taylor Swift concert and we all had to wait through a couple of rounds to get up to our room.

Everything was great especially the staff. But the higher ups didn’t seem to be in a hurry to fix the hot water issue.

Staff was great. the facility was great. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great.

There was no hot water in the whole building and it wasn’t going to be fixed until the next day. They did discount the room but only $17. We would’ve stayed somewhere else if they just refunded our money.

bad. never coming back

location to arena

manager doesn’t know his job. He told me that the computer didn’t take my credit card. I showed him proof that the authorization was on my card. He insisted on running the card again anyway. I immediately showed him that it authorized it twice. His response was oh well not my problem. Then told me that the authorization drops off immediately after check out. No it takes 3-5 business days for that. By the way I have managed hotels before so I know what I am talking about.

Room was comfy and clean. Big bathroom. Large variety for breakfast. Free parking.

Very good

The room was nicer than expected, clean and rather big. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and welcoming. Breakfast was actually pretty great too. The coffee left much to be desired, but the food was hot and tasty.

The elevators had a constant whir that sounded a bit unsettling, but got the job done. The surprising thing that we had issue with was the softness of the beds. They were too soft, if that's a thing. 2 nights of tossing and turning. Soft mattress with a soft topper, with a marshmallow fluffy blanket, and squishy pillows. It sounds lovely..but it just sucks you in and makes it hard to actually get comfortable. Just personal opinion.

Bed was clean and fresh. Room. Was nice and large.

Reception was friendly and professional. Room was nice and well appointed. Room was cool and amenities were very nice. Check out was fast.

shower was Luke warm both mornings and zero water pressure, phone was not working, fire alarm or smoke detector kept going off in room.

bathroom was gross. stains on the bedding. room felt “greasy” razor left by the sink from previous occupant

Very good

Clean room, nice, comfortable.

Pool was out of service. Would have to go next door to a sister hotel and use their pool. And for the price I paid, I feel I didn't gey my monies worth.

Would stay there again.

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Convenient location for attending Kansas City Royals baseball games.

Swimming pool was closed for repairs.

Very good

It was a great location, for the distance I had to travel for a family gathering I was attending.

I didn't like that they didn't have vending machines available on the floor I was staying on. I had some issues with my room keys
