Location and cleanliness

The comforter was lumpy and hard, been washed to many times.

The property and staff were great. I will come back again.

The breakfast wasn't for me, but I can look past that.

Grosses u sauberes Zimmer. Atmosphäre war angenehm. Hotel design etwas eigenwillig aber gut. Aussenanlage mit Teich geeignet für kurzen Spaziergang.

Frühstücksraum zu klein und das Frühstücks-Angebot eher dürftig im Vergleich zu den Gästezimmern. Personal war im Frühstücksraum nicht wirklich Herr der Lage

It's always clean. I've stayed here LOTS of times, including the night of my wedding. I its still has that new hotel cleanliness. The staff I'd ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL! I will be back many many more times 😀

Location and front desk were exceptional and I loved my overall stay.

My bedding was filthy and hadn’t been changed . I ended up changing my own bedding. There was no apology or discount for the inconvenience at all nothing. For the price of the rooms I shouldn’t be worried about clean linen.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was nice.

The breakfast was pretty poor. They were out of eggs and coffee. The dining room had no clean tables.

The location of the property was good for the stuff we were scheduled to do. Breakfast was ok. Having a coffee maker in the room was great.

No room service for 3 days was not expected. It is a treat to come back to your room to have the bed made and clean towels hung neatly on the rack. As a paying customer we didnt expect to have to walk to front desk for clean towles and extra coffee pods.

Breakfast was ok, at best. Location of hotel is great. Free wi-fi that seemed to work pretty well.

The hotel wasn't very clean overall. My chair in my room was broke. Stayed 2 nights and no room service while i was there.

BREAKFAST was BAD and the reason I would not come back.

Nice pool and hot tub. Pool is half in and half out. Rooms were nice with comfy beds. Loved the gym and treadmills were super fancy and fun to use! Morning staff especially were super friendly!

Breakfast was okay. No pancakes, waffles or omelets. Their main foods were cereal, a few baked goods, and egg, bacon and croissant. I would have loved some cheese with the egg instead of them being plain, or an omelet, as I can’t eat bread. My kids were bummed they didn’t have the waffles that most places usually have. The sleeper couch was okay, but when in use, it comes out a bit too far from the couch. It would have felt safer if it was attached the couch so couldn’t move. The ice machine by us was out of service. Thankfully we didn’t need it this trip, but it would have been a pain if we had needed it.

Not fond of sink in the room. Makes it hard at night if you have someone else in the room and need to wash hands. But would not deter me from staying again

Staff rude and refused to let housekeeping clean out room during our 3 night stay bc "we stayed multiple nights". I travel a lot and never heard of this. I needed a set of clean sheets bc ours were wet from kids being in the pool. Was able to get them and change the bedding myself late that night when we returned.

Very cozy feel to it as well as being not too crowded.

The breakfast selection was a little lacklustre.

They're breakfast is amazing, staff is friendly & polite. I noticed the police Patrol the area often. So i felt safe. It's felt like a little get away to a cabin.

The hotel was quiet during our stay. Breakfast was good with good seating. We all loved the decor of the hotel! Pool was really neat how you could swim outside while it was freezing out.

I slept on the fold out couch and it was not comfortable.

Staff felt a little on the edge..guess because they were booked to compacity.. I wish the dining/breakfast room was open from at least 5 to 8.. so guest could use to eat in.. We got take out food and brought it back but was kind of cold to eat outside..we did enjoy that sports bar though..great wiskeys and mascato was top notch! But everything was great for a Staycation!

No where to eat our take out food in the lobby area.. wish we could use the little breakfast area from 6pm to 9pm.. dinner time.. when it's cold.
