The room was large, clean and the bedding was exceptional. Hotel was in a great location and had the best ratings for the cost. Taquila was very sweet and she got us checked in and she is very personable and kind.

The room smelled like a stinky locker room, and spoiled garbage. We determined that the smell was coming from the garbage disposal which was plugged into an outlet that did not work. Unfortunately the staff was not able to address the issue, which should have been an easy fix. They also were not willing to switch our room even though we were checked in early. This hotel has zero maintenance on the weekends, so if something is broken.... you are SOL. This being said we were able to put the plug in the disposal and were able to open a window in the room. Problem solved for us.

As soon as I walked it in it was a thick smell of weed in lounge with my 8 year old staring at me puzzled. Get to my room on one bed the comforter had black ash like stuff on it and I had to go downstairs to get a new one. Go to the rest room lift up the lid and it was dirty. Had to clean the toilet myself. Go to check out next day and people fighting in the lobby like they had no sense. They say they have Continental breakfast but in fact no they don’t you have to pay for the items and it’s way over priced. I will never give my hard earned dollar to MY PLACE again.

The kitchen was legitimately cleaned. Most look clean but when you wipe them down you find out there are not. My disinfecting wipe down I always do didn’t reveal remaining grime. Staff is cool.

Microwave is in a weird place. Too high to see your food. I’m 5’9” and found it unpleasantly high. I had to move it down for my mom to use it.

Good: you allowed our dog. And with only an $15 payment. You had a very comfortable recliner that my husband loved! It was very clean.

Not so good: Advertised a breakfast, but there was none. I’m in advertising… that’s bad! Stand behind your advertising.

I loved the full size refrigerator. It was a huge bonus! It was close to several restaurants that my family liked ...

The rooms were not spacious at all! By far one of the most crowded, tight rooms I've stayed in. The laundry facilities were a joke! The washing machine had something in it that was leaving grease like stains on our clothes. The lady we told at the desk said "oh I guess that other lady was right, it is" So we weren't the only people it happened too. "Housekeeping" was beyond rude and a joke. As much as you pay for a room here I definitely didn't expect to take my trash to the dumpster, get my bed linens and end up buying my own cheap little vacuum to clean my floors. 🥴

We stayed in this place last year only because of cheap rate.This year we had to cancel because of illness and Hurricane Idalia. Our request for the refund of our charge was denied by the property. Not even partial refund offered Never again!
